Hi where i will get the replacement pads for it kmart have only triangular one i contact customer care team but they said we don't sell it. Buy it from anywhere but this one iam not getting from anywhere in Australia. Its a big problem without pads iam not able to do steam cleaning what should i do now

My anko 2 in 1 vacuum and steam cleaner is not steaming very good it barely puts dampness on floor. I am disappointed with it as I’m 75 and was thinking I could do it all in one but I’m having to steam clean my floor with my other steamer. I feel it was a waste of money and very very disappointed. Most K-Mart stuff has been good but may now consider shopping elsewhere. Eileen
Take it back & ask for a refund! They will give you your money back! I returned the 2 in 1 vacuum steamer we bought because the steam function didn’t work at all and the vacuum suction was so weak! It’s complete rubbish!
Yeah coz they are piece of junk I'm sorry you have been ripped off as we have been , I bought one for my partner whilst I was away at work for 4 days so she could do 2 things with one item with the 8 month old , so sick of big company's ripping off the small guys !!

I bought mine about 6 months ago and love it. I use it once a week on tiled floors. Vacuum suction is good and no problem with the steam function so far, easily cleans stains. Surprised other purchasers are having problems as not the case with mine. I empty it immediately after use - both vacuum container and water reservoir. Some of the parts are a bit fragile and not sure how long it will last but it's been good value.

my appliance does not steam clean
Mine didn’t work either! Take it back & get your money back - that’s what we did!!
Mine doesn't ooze steam but provided I keep the pad clean and dry before use does put a layer of hot water over my tiles and cleans them effectively.
