However, everything was ultimately resolved with Elnaz's help. She demonstrated that when things go wrong, a genuine sense of care and ownership can make all the difference in finding a solution.

Overall, I do love the furniture I purchased, and the final outcome is a credit to the Fyshwick store.

Heinrich Black Wooden Shelf is excellent in colour scheme, gold with black, structure looks solid, easy to assemble and take home. Love Koala Living furniture. Purchased our lounge from Canberra store as we were there for the weekend but had it delivered from a Sydney store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to follow up 3 times for delivery date and then 2 times on the same day for delivery time. The lounge was delivered in a large box and it was not going to fit through the front… Read more

door. Delivery people said they weren’t allowed to unpack the lounge, we said we would do it and asked if they could help move it inside. They left without any assistance and we were left to move a large, very heavy 3 seater recliner inside. After a lot of struggle and scratching the lounge, we got it inside. Upon contacting customer service we were told we should have checked the dimensions of the box before delivery to ensure it would fit. At no point were we notified the lounge would arrive in a box, in fact there was no communication. When I advised customer service of this, we were then told we should have chosen the deluxe delivery option. Again, at no point were we advised this was an option. The only recommendation made was they could send a leather lounge technician to repair the lounge but at our cost. They took no responsibility for the appalling service we received after spending so much money with them. I will never purchase from Koala Living again.

POOR Quality Products – Reviews don’t count if you get your friends and family to them and you can tell by those doing to get 5 star ratings. Poor form Koala Living Fyshwick. Bought a lot of matching furniture and they delivered poor quality goods that do not meet Australian Standards. They appear incapable of providing goods that have not been damaged. Show details

Worst customer service with not replaced the faulty product – When it’s came to faulty item returned they are very useless , since February I am chasing them but they not happy to replaced , they have send the technician which he wants to repaired without any guarantee if that can be fixed and if any other marks will be appear on the velvet chairs he won’t be responsible and now when I refused to repaired they not taking any action.
