Poor delivery service – We recently ordered a TV entertainment unit and a set of 4 bar stools. The service provided at the Castly Hill was excellent and we felt really looked after but their delivery service has really let us down and because of this we would not recommend this business to anyone looking for a good experience. had existing damage to one of the legs and another stool had a different design and color as compared to the other three. We notified customer service the same day and it has been a week and we are still waiting for any information on the defective stools to be swapped despite us providng all information and photos to support this.It is disappointing to have paid full for a product but not receive the promised product in return. We will be asking for our money to be refunded if we do not get defect free products delivered as promised and paid for.

Worst company and pathetic customer service – I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Purchased dining table and chairs in boxing day sale in December 2023. They promised delivery in Feb 2024, which was delayed through March,April, and now they are saying it might be May 2024. They are now asking me to cancel my order and claim refund but I need the products that I paid for and the compensation for all the stress they have added and caused so much inconvenience. Love the products they are good. Gold and black make a very good combination. Service is generally good. However, I did try to return a chandelier but im not able to return it . ITS STILL IN THE BOX. Given the amount of products I have purchases I would have appreciated it if I at least got a credit. I would like some action to be taken by customer service. Thank you .

Koala living is my go to store. Absolutely beautiful collection and at such amazing prices. Staff is always helpful in store and online too. Would highly recommend to friends and family. The website is also easy to navigate and browse the collection. I have always found something to my liking and taste. All products I have bought so far have been brilliant quality.
