attempts, the tables were finally fixed. Counter and dining chairs are wobbly despite multiple adjustments. Completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and frustrating service. Worst furniture purchase ever – do not buy.

Store service was quick, sales person polite and knew her product range, advised the warehouse would call when items are ready for delivery. Delivery was expensive, considering it is in the same price range as Nick Scali and their team deliver and put together your items. belligerent, stating that they don’t call, you call. She went on to say because I hadn’t called at the advised ETA mark, delivery would not be until September. I informed her that I hadn’t know this was the process to which she responded, so, do you want the date or not. Disappointing, it seems your customer service that is not face to face is letting the good work down of those in store. I hope that the equipment standard matches my experience in-store and not of your charming rep over the phone.

Easy deposit made in store now in a world of pain trying to get someone to reply to my emails and answer their 1300 number. Staff in store were to send a Whatsapp number to text and they would call to complete the purchase - number not received. little faith in this process. I work in the design industry and will suggest clients avoid this company as there are others that offer a much more reliable and responsive service. Your product is marketed to a certain level of clientele and your service needs to match this and with my experience I can't say that it does. There is more to sales than the initial in store experience.

I am taking them to NSW Fair Trading. This is a terrible brand. Their cancellation policy is so unfair and customer service hopeless. We bought a large painting which meant to be delivered in 6 weeks. But then we realised it is too big for the space so we let them know less than 24 hours. they refused a refund first, just store credit. Then they offered to refund but less 30%.

for money, but that's where the praise ends. The delivery team, on the other hand, is a nightmare. Products are dropped from the truck like they're disposable, showing a shocking lack of care for customers' hard-earned purchases.

We've had multiple failed deliveries, with the team turning up late or not at all. One time, they arrived before the scheduled time, but we've had instances where they've taken the delivery back without notice. The communication is abysmal, and the drivers' attitude is downright rude.

To anyone considering purchasing from this shop, beware: your beautiful new furniture might arrive damaged, and you'll be left to deal with the hassle. Until they sort out their delivery process, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.

Fantastic range of home décor and furniture. The Marsden Park location is easy to get to and has plenty of space. Customer service was excellent and made the whole process stress-free. Very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful store with a huge range of stylish furniture and decor. The Marsden Park showroom is spacious and well laid out, which makes it easy to browse. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Great quality pieces — will definitely be back.
