Jamyang was very helpful and supportive during our visit and she explained us the process, timeline, payments, deliveries etc very nicely. She was polite and patient and was very knowledgeable with the products. I personally love koala living stuff so happy with the purchase and Jamyang being good with us made the purchase even more comfortable.

We requested a replacement, only for the new one to arrive with non-functional charging ports.
We ended up returning items twice, and even the replacements failed to meet basic quality standards.
Marble Dining Table
The table was unstable, wobbly, and a safety risk.
We requested a replacement, but it has now been over 3 months, and we are still waiting with no clear update.
Lamp
The lamp had an imperfect finish and looked nothing like what was displayed in the store. The craftsmanship felt cheap and rushed.
Customer Service
Their customer service was slow, unresponsive, and largely irresponsible.
Every issue required multiple follow-ups, and we never felt prioritized or properly supported.
Final Thoughts For a store that markets itself as “luxurious,” the experience was anything but. The quality control, reliability, and service were extremely disappointing. After everything we have gone through, we cannot recommend Koala Living. If you're willing to spend good money, choose a better, more reputable brand to avoid the frustration we experienced.

What made it worse was that the chairs were delivered without the table, even though I clearly instructed that I only wanted both items delivered together. It feels like my reserved table was given to another customer even though my order was already booked.
I’m also very disappointed with the quality of the natural stone frame. It does not look like genuine natural blue stone as expected. Instead, it appears that dye has been poured over white stone to make it look blue, which is very misleading for the price being charged.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication, delivery issues, and concerns about product quality. I expected much better service and honesty from Koala Living.

I ordered frames from koala living store and when I got delivered one is broken from inside and I have contacted customer support and they said they will send new one by OCT 2025 but I didn’t receive yet.
