Products look great, but customer service is appalling. All staff take no accountability and no knowledge of products, delivery timeframe, not friendly or motivated to assist customers. Wished that they actually work on commission, then at least they are more willing to assist. I’d need to forgo 30% of the purchase price if I wanted to cancel or receive a store credit. I was not told of this when I purchased the items (nor was there any signage). Later I’m told there was signage which I believe they’ve put up after my complaint. I hardly ever write reviews but then I’ve never seen such bad customer service and dishonesty like this before. Be aware that the sales lady also typed a review on her laptop pretending to be me saying how happy I was in exchange for a candle. I would have been ok with this if I’d actually had a good experience but when I asked them to take it down they refused since I accepted the candle. To make it worse, one of the mirrors has small scratches on it!

send someone to inspect the sofa. Initially, they dismissed my concerns, only acknowledging a structural issue after multiple follow-ups. Even then, their solution was lackluster. It took them another several months to fix just one of the two seats, and their attempt to address the cushion problem was even worse. They sent replacement inserts that made the cushions loose and uncomfortable. They asked us to do the replacements ourselves. Despite numerous emails and requests for a refund or exchange, Koala refuses to accommodate me as a dissatisfied customer. The guy who inspected the sofa again said I should either go with firm cushions with feathers sticking out or loose cushions that do not have the feathers oroblem but do not look nice and firm at all. Koala continues to send technicians to my home, prolonging this ordeal for over 11 months. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. I have been really distressed by this experience. I strongly advise against purchasing from Koala, as their product quality and customer service are severely lacking."
