was so hazardous. They sent a technician out and he agreed it’s faulty, they did not want to refund delivery services it’s like I ordered a faulty item to be delivered anyway thank god for my credit card company I raised a dispute and they were not happy they agreed to refund minus membership and they think I will use there services again they were the most annoying company to communicate with and not to mention they are so dumb of understanding anything anyone will say. All I will say is save yourself headaches and migraines and don’t deal with this company. I purchased item on may 29th 2024 and I did not get refund until today 23rd July 2024. Don’t trust these guys, have it written whatever they say in store – They are so stubborn against customers, not sure if it is sale they do in Australia or something else which makes them so rigid. give same training to all your sales representatives cos all have different concept for koala living policies.

Now they are not adding care plan, when i asked the sales person she mentioned that I thought you won’t buy it cos it’s $150. Mystery is we bought furniture worth of $5k and she still thought that we won’t buy the care plan.

Came to the Preston Koala to get a bedside table and a wall decoration. The staff was so amazing with helping us decide on the best choices. They provided us with excellent delivery times and has also helped us make the best most affordable choice for our budget. No pushy sales, no aggressive sales tactics. Felt super welcome and listened in to. Definitely coming back again.
