Visited Springvale today and was pretty happy with customer service. Reza is knowledgeable and comparing here and Essendon, the level of customer service is completely diffferent. Purchased Riviera sofa and now I am happy.

Koala is our go to store. All of our furniture is from Koala. The furniture is good quality. The service is exceptionally good. Ivonne is great to deal with and her knowledge and expertise are excellent.

Loved our couch in the lounge. Very nice and quality product for a reasonable price compared to other brands. Also getting wall arts and mirrors because they go so well with the furniture we have. All together very good place to shop for ur new home.

Very bad service trying to adjust delivery date with their staff(Sandy) - requesting her to put forward delivery for few days as our order is ready. She kept ignoring and referring to website without even trying - charging for deluxe delivery $248 - very bad customer service

Disappointing Experience, Product Quality and Customer Service – I purchased a sofa from this store last year and I am disappointed with the overall quality. The material used feels cheap, and the cushions quickly lose their shape. I wouldn't recommend any product of this shop to anyone due to its poor quality and lacklustre performance.

Paid delivery fee while the product could be easily fit in car – Great place to buy home decor . I bought a floor vase from the Springvale Homemaker store , it could have easily fit in our car however the lady told us we can only get it delivered no pick up. So in nutshell, I visited the store physically and bought the vase physically but paid delivery fee for the product that could be easily fit in my car. Not Fair.

Dining Chairs we purchased. They are so beautiful—the button-tufting and silver stud details add such a sophisticated touch to our dining room. We were very impressed with the wide range of products available, but these chairs really stood out for their quality and style.

The vegan leather feels premium and durable, and despite the high-end look, they were surprisingly easy to assemble ourselves. It’s easily our favorite place to shop for furniture that combines luxury with great service. 5 stars all the way!
