One star is too generous. Two items were delivered with stains, and I have now been dealing with this issue for nearly a month. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told to try cleaning the stains myself with soap. When I refused, it took 11 days just to arrange a replacement — and even then, the wrong items were arranged. repeatedly, even after I corrected their mistakes multiple times.
Eventually, only one correct item was delivered with other incorrect items. However, the other item is still pending, and I am still waiting with no clear resolution.
My emails have gone unanswered. When I called, I was told the case manager was on dayoff and would contact me the next morning. No one called. When I followed up again, I was told the manager had already finished for the day.
The entire experience has been disorganised, careless, and completely unprofessional.
At this point, even one star feels too generous. I would not recommend this company.

After calling Koala I was given implausible excuses and was told the other couch was sitting in the warehouse and would be delivered on the weekend. This is simply not good enough, and I made it clear I will not be paying another delivery fee for this consignment. The delivery process seems to be an issue for this company reading the other reviews so unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend buying from here unless it's of no concern to you. UPDATE* Koala living has failed again at delivering my couch over the weekend, and now the matter has been escalated. Please avoid this company and take your business elsewhere. * Update* legal action was taken against Koala Living in the end, and miraculously my couch turned up.
Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a sofa in mid-August, and it was supposed to arrive at the warehouse in mid-October. Then the website changed and said mid-November. When we contacted support, they told us it would actually be in the warehouse in mid-December — or even later. That’s a four-month delay for a simple sofa. Completely… Read more
insane! Every time the date changes, and nobody takes responsibility. Awful company, terrible service — we honestly regret ever buying here. Never again.
I have a live order that I am trying to change the delivery on. I am unable to get in contact via any of the Koala methods at 4pm on a Monday business day. I have tried the direct 1300 number, online chat and the delivery company. Noone is available as they say it is after 5pm. This is obviously Eastern time. Poor form for your WA based customers!
