Kogan 34L Microwave Oven with Grill KAMWO34GRLA Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: KAMWO34GRLAOkay guys, so my previous housemate who was a chef had one of these grill microwaves. Not sure if it was a kogan product BUT I could reheat my coffee in it & it’s a thermal mug. (Don’t judge me) I’m just wondering if this one will allow me to do the same? I’m sure there’s lots of amazing things to use this for but I just want to reheat my thermal coffee cup aha
Most thermal mugs are not microwave friendly. The brand of microwave doesn't matter. Using a grill to heat coffee is likewise unwise. Pour the coffee into a plastic microwave friendly jug or other container for reheating would be the simplest solution. Can't comment of the specifics of what your old housemate did.
Just want to confirm that the current 34L microwave oven being advertised today (15/6/20) with grill has the stainless steel external finish.Terry A
has anyone broken there door handle trying to open it? We have ours for three days and now our tea is stuck in it.
Hello Phil S - Ours is still perfect - no problem at all with the handle nor anything else - works a treat! My sister-in-law bought one identical 6 months before us and she loves hers too and has not had any issues either! Both Kogan Microwave Ovens in constant daily use since purchase! Contact Kogan immediately online as they have a good Warranty Policy and will help you I'm sure Phil as I had a problem with another item and they were brilliant with that and looked after me well.
Does the grill work well? There are complaints about the other product from Kogan saying the trill does not work.
It is slow but sort of OK. However, mine is faulty after 6 months & have asked for a warranty replacement. Am waiting for their answer.
