MANSI was amazingly helpful and patient during initiation of the wifi setup. One thing that we both missed when setting up was the fact the password was so small double f to me looked liked a single f.. So a 'heads up'- break out your magnifying glasses for reading the password Show details ·  1

The speed is terrible. The download speed is not even 10MBPS, and is sometimes as low as less than 1MBPS. I had some problem with the initial connection, so I had to call support. I called on Saturday night and was immediately connected to an operator, I spoke to a guy named Sager. He helped me restore the connection and after a few minutes everything was working. So far so good. Show details ·  1

Terrible service. I have been with this internet provider going on a year, they have just informed me (after paying $130 bill) that they can no longer provide services to my address. they’re refusing a full refund and have put the whole blame on NBN when it’s their fault they did not notify me prior to paying my bill or at all. Show details

They offering cheaper prices for a 25 Mbps NBN in the first 6 months and I had all that period maximum speed of 12 Mbps and a lots of internet black outs. They were blaming the general internet line for the issues. Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They also have a useless website where selling trash. Show details

After my NBN hadn't connected for several days, I rang Kogan Internet customer service who scheduled an appointment for an NBN technician to come to my place. The technician never showed up. service again, and they advised that they'd manually activate my order in the system (as apparently my order hadn't been confirmed), and to wait up to 48 hours for the appropriate team to process. After over 48 hours - nothing. I was heading overseas a few days later, so I followed up upon my return after a few weeks. It turns out that my service had automatically been "cancelled". Not too sure why they scheduled a technician, then said they'd "activate my order", only for the system to cancel it. Needless to say, I didn't bother signing up again - I'll be going with another provider who's more reliable with set-up and troubleshooting. One star as I wasn't able to access the service I'd signed up for.

The Service Operator was not very clear with instructions, but eventually we were able to set up the correct PPPoE details using the registered email address. setup was specified earlier and more clearly in communication, this may have enabled me to setup nbn myself without an operator.

After initially writing a glowing review about Kogan, sadly that was short lived. Initially I had some issues moving house and a lovely support member got me up and going, however it dropped out again in 3 hours and I was given the run around for 1 week between NBN and Kogan each pointing fingers at each other despite it all pointing to ISP as DSL… Read more

connection was fine. Kogan would not assist beyond just claiming it must be wrong settings and talked me through the same trouble admin set up id say close to 100 times. I can recite that process down pat now. The only other solution they had was making me go out and buy a new modem ($200) despite my old one having worked fine at previous address and when I got there initially. Surprise - new modem didn’t sort it. Got too fed up, ported out to Mate who had me transferred in 20 minutes and online with Internet 5 minutes after that (also on VDSL/PPPoE) so confirmed it was Kogan all along. I accept not all issues can be resolved but take responsibility if you cannot provide a service and don’t just assume a customer isn’t following instructions!

Very quick connection and excellent customer services. I signed up for the Kogan NBN in the morning and just in 30 minutes I received a text message saying that it's all set up and ready to go! I had a bit issue with connection and called the customer support team and Karan helped me through the connection process. Being 'non-tech' i always struggle getting my internet up and running whenever i move house. I have moved twice now with Kogan and on my most recent move Karim assisted in the re-connection of my NBN and talked through all the settings to fault find. Kogan internet, Your check address to sign up on website isn't working. I've tried this soooo many times but does not recognise my address, I've also tried many other addresses in Orange NSW & always says "try again". See attached. he could see my address. He said it might be a server issue. I have tried different devices, Wi-Fi and 4G/5G, my neighbour tried up the road as well with no luck.

I went on to the Vodafone website as that's who you use, I put in my address and it came straight up no issues.

I'm looking at changing providers in 10 days but looks like I won't be going to Kogan.

Kogan internet is not a trustworthy company. They raised prices for their customers without prior notice. Even their internet service is not good. Sometimes it is completely cut off on Fridays and Saturdays exclusively for some reason. The workers there usually change their words. Show details

Very helpful and committed Customer Service to solve the problem – All communications were sent and followed up. Had trouble getting the modem reactivated, but the Customer Service was incredibly helpful and committed to help me through. This was a great value for money plan – I was with Kogan for 3 years and I had no issues my internet worked without fail my bill never went up they answered the phone promptly when I needed to call them they were great. I am.moving house and kogan do not service the are I am moving too so sad to be leaving them. Highly recommend them Show details
