Hi, The auto rotate screen is not working on my Kogan tab device that is connected to the camera. Any solutions is highly appreciated.

Hi, just in the last 2 weeks all three monitors in ours & our children's homes stopped sending noise & movement notifications to our iPhones. We have reset, checked out 'do not disturb' but can't find an answer.

My husband downloaded the app on his phone (android) and he received a notification. I wonder if it’s a apple issue?

I started getting notifications! The only thing I did was enabled Siri on my iPhone after I reset it. Could’ve been a coincidence but it’s working again!

Can you delete footage from the camera for a specific day? My boys have discovered taking their nappies off and I don't want that type of footage on the device memory.

Correct, only works when plugged into an electrical outlet.
Hi! Is someone able to please tell me how to ensure a device can no longer access the monitors? I have recently separated from my partner who still uses the monitors to see inside the house. I can’t turn them off as I have young children but want to ensure I am now the only one with access. Would I restore to factory settings? We both had the same passcode which I have changed but I think it may have just been the passcode attached to my phone, not the monitor so seeking some clarification
My camera won’t flash blue even when I reset. It is also not connecting to Bluetooth.
Does this camera need to be plugged into power all the time?

Hello, my camera was working fine for the past month I've had it but suddenly it started flashing blue and wouldn't work so I reset ot and have tried re connecting it multiple times while the light is flashing blue again but it will not work, I keep resetting and trying. The QR prompt works just fine and ot tries connecting but fails. Do I need to return it and get a new one? Is there any solution?
How do you turn the blue light off?
Via the Smarter Home app. Go to Settings -> Basic Function Settings -> Turn off Status Indicator
I’m thinking of getting another camera for my newborn’s room. Will both cameras stream onto my Google hub?
They will not stream simultaneously to Google Home however if you install the Kogan App to a device, you can have a gallery view within the app that allows you to see both cameras at the same time. On Google Home you'll only be able to stream one at a time as far as I'm aware.

My baby monitor always filled the screen now it won’t even when I press the enlarger
Clear your Kogan apps cache and data then log back in and that should restore full screen functionality. Alternatively could try uninstall and reinstall the app.
Can 2 or more of these monitors be used at once on the app (to monitor children in different rooms)? If not, is there a Kogan product which has this feature?
Yes if you have two baby monitors, you can access a gallery mode that shows all cameras at once with sound enabled so you can monitor sound on all of them. You can also activate motion detection which will send a notification to whichever devices you have the Kogan app installed and logged into on.
Hello, I am looking at purchasing this monitor , but my question is does it pair 2 cameras to the 1 screen? I have 2 small children so would need a “split screen” option ? Thank you

You can also activate motion detection which will send a notification to whichever devices you have the Kogan app installed and logged into on.
Someone asked this before but still no answer. So I post this question again, Why the temperature and humidity sensor is not working? There is nothing in the app that can activate it. Anyone know the answer for this Thanks in Advance
You have to connect the adapter device, about an inch long. If you have, the details just appear when viewing.

I can’t connect the smarterhome baby camera to my google nest hub monitor. I can see it linked on nest home control but it does not stream any image. Please advise??
When you set up this monitor once your phone goes to sleep can you still here if your baby wakes up without having to go back into the app.. Do you still here everything or do you have to keep going to the app ?
The alarm will go off even if the app isn't up on your phone :) if you want real time sound, you'll have to open up the app
