How hard is it t change the hydrostatic belt 0n a 125s?
It is a [Content Removed]. You have to get the belt over the fans. Other than that and the fact there is no schematic available it isn’t that hard.
have a schematic that I drew up myself but can't see how to attach it.
125s the starter will not stop turning over. I have replaced the solenoid and ignition switch but the starter is still turning over and will not stop without unhooking the battery. Advice needed. Thank you

I have taken the mower to Kubota dealer every time and the belt replaced every time with a new Kubota belt. They keep saying you must have sweet gum balls in your yard that is getting between the belt and the pulley's . I cut my grass on 3.25 and this just does not make any scents. After 1 year and approximately 700.00 dollars later. I am still having the same problem. I will never purchase another Kubota mower.

Changed wiring harness but mower dies when I disengage parking brake or engage pto or pull handles in for moving , has new wiring harness,new ignition and new pto switch I'm assuming this problem is one of the switches or?

Gday Larry - I have a Z125S , I was told by one of the techies don't engage blades at full engine revs so I was doing at half revs and then some of my trouble started - the belts twist then break. Make sure your deck is set up right and the wheels in the front are in the correct position and your front tyres are correct psi. I think in the book they say something about moving those front wheels depending on your deck height setting, which is a pain in the @#se. I had a Z122 and always engaged deck belt at full revs and never had an issue. Good luck.
There is a campaign from Kubota with a fix. Your dealer has the information and the authorization because it is a common well known issue.

Two years and two Main drive belts. Easy to replace, as they are broken. They are a chore to install. Bad design or just not assembled correctly? I can not find the Main drive belt number on the internet nor can I find any replacement information. Any help would be appreciated.
Can it take longer than 10 minutes to flush the air out of one of the 3100 transaxles?
I really enjoy using my z125s especially for our ditch banks. Recently it developed a clanking noise when I engage the blades. Thinking it is something to do with the clutch. Mower blades still work for mowing but clanging noise has me concerned. Not close to a service center so need to repair on my own. Any thoughts?
