Look up external link  There used to have a shop in Subiaco, Perth but now only sell on line. Their shop was the best shop not only for pressure cookers but for other stuff as well - a real shame it closed. Their web page says they have been taken over by kitchenwarehouse, but you should be able to find someone to help. If they cannot help, try external link  (this is a UK group which provide very good service). If all else fails look up external link  (Switzerland) and send them a email asking for help. They used to sell parts direct to the public. Hope this helps.

From my research I have found no shop in Australia where you can buy these parts (if you find one let me know). Try these sites: 1) I believe there is no longer an Australian distributor for Kuhn Rikon, but first try this Australian site. They have what I think is left over stock. The range is not large but they may have what you want and if they do you won't have to pay international shipping prices and exchange rates.

2) I have bought a spare valve cap from the UK site below. I found it a bit tricky setting up the account but from then on everything worked out. You just have to wait - it comes from UK.

The only Australian site I found was external link  but they aren't a distributor nor are they a repair centre for Kuhn Rikon. I emailed the Swiss head office directly and they can arrange to ship you the parts you require which is useful if it's an easily replaceable part.
