We purchased a block in the Shorehaven development at Alkimos just 500 metres from the beach. La Vida Homes makes sure they give their full attention to detail at every stage and their approach ensured a smooth process from planning to completion.
Their ability to coordinate with all trades was seamless, and their dedication to safety and compliance was evident at every stage.
Beyond their technical expertise, the team’s integrity, reliability, and customer-focused attitude make them a pleasure to work with. We have full confidence in recommending La Vida Homes for any construction projects, knowing they will deliver outstanding results.
The cost of the build did not change, and there was no charge for having our own building inspector, Dudley Staples from duncraig@jimsbuildinginspections.com.au Dudley mentioned to me at the end of the build that the standard of the home was one of the best built homes he had seen, you have to love La Vida Homes for that.
Living in another state has its difficulties as you can imagine, but by having a portal that allowed us to communicate with our own consultant and site manager and following the progress of the build at every stage with detailed photos, allowed us to have a very enjoyable building experience.

In comparison to my previous home construction with Summit Homes, I found that this build required significantly less oversight on my part, which reflects the exceptional standard of service and coordination provided by La Vida Homes team. Follow-up · The handover process went very smoothly, happened 2 weeks later than expected but the reason was justified due to the Christmas shut down. What really stood out was the clear communication. Prompt responses on queries, weekly/fortnightly updates on the portal about completed and upcoming tasks. Unexpected challenge - getting Dowell windows to fix some of the windows.
