Live chat to let them know NBN didn't show and and hoped someone could do something to help me... A few minutes past and into the chat came a dead set LEGEND.. Justin.M... Full of apologies and empathy for my situation.. He genuinely wanted to help ... He was Ultra cool, calm, collected, apologetic and determined.. . Justin.M step by step eliminated everything he could think of to try and help me. We tried everything... Again..... Still nothing.. Same readings but still no internet.. All avenues exhausted another booking with NBN was on the list and I asked Justin curiously what are the things that could cause this problem.. and he replied.. Hmm... there was a long pause then he asked.. will you Let me try one more thing... He raised an order with NBN to use port 4 instead of port 1 .. asked me to plug in to port 4 And BOOM... I have Internet agiain.... Unbelievable... Hours and hours of trying this and trying that, scans and diagnostics...still nothing... Justin was determined to help me and simply applied a bit of common sense and practicality to the situation and the problem was solved swiftly and efficiently... He needs to be commended for his ability to solve this problem as he obviously is a good hearted person who is 100% dedicated to helping the people he is employed to serve... Thankyou Justin.M... You sir deserve all the praise you get... You are the true example of a dedicated representative . It is obvious you are good human being and a valuable commodity to Launtel.. In short, Launtel delivers stable, low latencies both nationally and internationally, consistent speeds, and excellent customer support. Their daily payment system is incredibly convenient, and there’s no hassle if you decide to join or leave repeatedly. I’ve relied on Launtel several times as my backup and go-to service, especially for gaming and when I need fast upload speeds immediately—it’s been flawless.

The daily pricing and seamless speed boosts are great features. Alongside ABB/Buddy, Launtel remains one of my top choices for reliable internet service.

The value for money is there; but their 1000/50 daily pricing could be cheaper, as could their 1000/400 deal.

setups for things like gaming and solid download speeds for around a year, just rotating through service providers and testing and logging and keeping track of statistics, superloop where decent, then went to absolute hell in a handbasket when they changed there entire systems over to save money on everything, bait and switch that lot and now they suck, rolled through another half a dozen providers, with several of them being outright scammy buggers, still to this day myrepublic say i owe them for 3 months of internet, when i cancelled 3 times, each month they sent me a new bill, exetel tried charging me 500 dollars to install less than a meter of copper at a family members house, there internal review found no wrong doing, alot of them arent in it for the right reasons, its just a cash grab and they get greedy like the little piggies they are, i found launtel, and never looked back, daily charge instead of monthly, cancel at any time no contracts or lock ins, the best customer service i have had fullstop, the best user interface dashboard i have had fullstop, you tell me another provider that lets you open up multiple services on your own to multiple address and set your own connection dates and speed plans and upgrade dates, you cant, cause its launtel, there the only ones happy enough to let you poke about on your account, mess up whatever you want and then they will sort it out later like it never happened, they are always quick with connections and churns, just had a 6 minute churn time to connect, must be slow today, normally its 2 mins or a free pizza with this lot lols, always ontop of the techs doing the installs, and even tho NBN are riding in the short bus, they seem to know how to work with them and get rapid results beyond expectation, if you just want a decent internet connection, without any of the bull#!$%, then launtel is the go alright, just, trust me, I'm to frustrated from years of poor isp to explain it to you any better than i have, just sign up and see for yourself, most it will cost you for a day is like 6 bucks on the highest plans available, 3 bucks on the lower end, static ip available, ipv6 dual stack running, great network protections in place, with telstra i had around 600 two way ip requests daily, with myrepublic it was redirects to blocked sights constantly, with launtel, perfect, my routers advanced user interface section shows me, i could just about turn my firewall off with this lot and from the past years experience, it wouldnt matter cause nothing would get near it through launtels setup, zero dropouts, speed is always up at 990mbps, it dont care what time of day it is, this lot will be the first through the door on multigig setups for residential, they go where the customers tell them to and explore the options they know we need as end point users, just give them a go, you can thank me later

I was having issues with my internet speed on my browsers. Faye set up a video call and was able to run some checks, and when that stumped her went to her colleagues, and had an answer for me 5 minutes later that solved my issues! I was looking to move to Launtel for a while but given the pricing was a little higher than I was on, I needed the push that my prior ISP kindly provided following being bought out, by reducing flexibility and ancillary benefits that were the remaining reasons to stay. Good routing, plenty of CVC and great uptime. Keep in mind they're quite pricey but they are not a bargain-focused RSP. Never had to use their support but they're very active on WP and very communicative with their customer base. Show details ·  1

March 2026 I have to change 3 star to 5 star rating as after a few months of usage at other ISP, I can honestly tell you Launtel is still the best. I changed back to Launtel because they have the smoothest experience with US server where my work server located. with US server and ping is 120ms lower than Superloop. So if you deal with overseas server, you have choice but to go for Launtel. Still worth the $$. Their customer service is ultra patience considering I had a few requests.

The customer service and speed are decent; however, the prices have become quite expensive compared to other providers. I managed to save over $520 per year by switching to another provider that offers similar speeds and quality. Would I recommend Launtel? Not at this time (July 2025).

Out of all the telecomm/internet service providers, Launtel's customer service is the best by far. They are so prompt an answering the phones with a respectful, polite and friendly manner. Launtel Incredible – really fast (1Gb) internet is SO good. spend the extra few bucks. But these guys really excel in customer support. They know their stuff. Fast speeds with great service – Launtel has made it so easy to ensure we have the best speeds available for e a full household and within a few hours of signing up we had an appointment set with NBN Co to have the FTTP upgrade completed whereas our previous ISP wanted us to lock in to a contract and jump through heaps of hoops. Launtel is your first and only choice – I moved from Starlink over to Launtel as soon as FTTP upgrade became available. I provisioned an order, got all of the relevant info and had my FTTP connection installed and working in less than 5 days.
