TP Link modem and was up and running at 107mbps down, 18mbps up on WiFi within minutes. I can pay by BPay, and the member portal is comprehensive and easy to navigate. I’m unbelievably happy with the local, very responsive and knowledgeable customer service I had in the lead up to the connection, the resources available on the website, and the fact that I have a stable connection, twice the download speed and about four times the upload speed I had with Internode, for a lower price.

me informed and up to date with appointments for NBN technicians.. who also were very nice.. The faster plan that I signed up to has exceeded expectations.. And has been superb.. My ping is more than 100ms lower now with FTTP than it was with FTTN. I will be having a family member join Leaptel later next week because of my happiness with the service. And the cost of Leaptels plans.. Leaptel is Australian owned..

Painfree – Moved from aussie broadband a few months ago due to increasing frequency of ping spikes gaming perth-singapore. Fast painless transfer, no dropouts, consistent low ping. A couple of weeks ago applied for fttp from fttn. Everything went smoothly and when i contacted them to cancel my fttn connection they had already contacted nbn to cancel it. I ordered a new modem from Leaptel, however I was put through to technical support immediately, to help me change the settings on my old modem to suit Leaptel’s network settings, and the technical support officer was so patient in sorting out the settings without being familiar with my device - his knowledge about modem settings was very clear, because he knew exactly what settings to enter when I read out what setting options were available on my old modem, which got me back to work immediately instead of having to wait for the new modem to arrive by post the next day. That meant a lot, as I was so stressed out with weeks on the phone to Dodo - the swap to Leaptel was so easy, quick, and supportive. I’ve had consistently fast speeds, with very little down time (and any outages have been communicated beforehand, as well as notification that outages have been fixed and speeds tested as back to operational standards). I made a mistake regarding direct debits (I got the date wrong for when the debit would occur) so I mistakenly didn’t have enough funds in my account when the first bill debit occurred for my bill, however Leaptel immediately notified me via SMS, which meant I was aware of the problem straight away. When I called customer service, they immediately delayed the debit for a couple of days to allow me time to transfer funds, and they also gave me the direct debit scheduling for all future payments (it was my first bill, and I’d made a mistake on the debit date). I was treated with respect and helped very well. As a person living with memory loss and frailty, Leaptel have been very patient, supportive and understanding.

Highly recommend excellent customer service and support – I have been with Lea[tel for over 1 month, after data breaches etc wanted a isp that I can pay by BPay not via direct debit, they allow this. I had drop outs every couple of weeks with Kogan, so far not one drop out, and full internet speed. any dropouts. You talk to an Australian and not from overseas. I had left Kogan because I am so over too many companies having my bank and or direct debit details, especially with some lies being told that our direct debit details were not leaked in the Tangerine Telecom, data breach, I have a paid service monitoring and it said that my direct debit details were actually leaked. I was with them less than 2 months and went to Kogan when I moved back home after a house fire, but after receiving the data breach email from Tangerine, I thought I am going to look for a isp that allows BPay so they do not have my direct debit details. I highly recommend Leaptel.

application, confirming the details and locking in the transfer date so I would not be without internet at all. Given this was timed to coincide with the end of a telstra billing cycle, it gave them a few weeks ( albeit over Christmas) to prepare. The night before I was sent email and them SMS notifying me the service has been provisoned and email sent with the detail I could put into my existing router. A few steps that morning and a check with their customer support as not all the details provided were relevant, and I was on line with as quoted speeds off the bat ( Ookla speed test confirmed) At every step of the way the customer support has been faultless and process handled smoothly. Fair to say I have some experience and awareness so provided them the required information from the outset, which made it easier for them, but even had I not, I am confident they would have covered all the bases correctly. Leaptel prove not all telecommunications companies only care about signning you up and billing. Leaptel genuinely care for the customer, and do their best always. Keep it up. Highly recommended to anyone contemplating a change from their current service provider.

a waste of time and effort to switch to them, they show false information to the customers on their website when we are signing up, and now they use terms and conditions to avoid past customers, what's more because of delay in contact, my current internet provider is going for a new billing cycle. I won't recommend this service provider at all.

Best ISP provider regarding price, service, and overall experience. Most memorable was their NBN team, totally superb. No drama upgrading residential property from FTTN to FTTP connection. different being FTTN. Leaptel rang 21st and offered a cheaper plan until FTTP installation but I declined. NBN installed FTTP 23rd on 100/20 plan. Usually achieve ~95/19. Leaptel was fantastic to deal with and they kept me informed every step of the way. NBN were also great with a very neat and clean install.

What's not to like - better than double the speed for about 15% cheaper!

What a leaptel Experience absolutely amazing! – I've had this service for 2 months now and not a single problem Fast speeds and fast connectivity within the Australian domestic IP transit network and international IP transit network through GSL networks which are absolutely amazing . Great experience after first month – After my previous ISP jacked up their prices I started looking around. Leaptel kept coming up as a good alternative. For way less than the (50/20) VDSL service with my previous provider, Leaptel upgraded me to a faster speed (100/20) and on FTTP. At sign up, was transferred to VDSL within 30 minutes. During the onboarding process I needed to seek clarification with the Leaptel team on a couple of items, which was done via email. Emails were answered promptly and efficiently. 1 month after sign up and connection has been very reliable and speeds are always as advertised, or slightly above.
