maintenance windows are always in the early hours of the morning. They have offered me speed upgrades which have improved my internet experience even though I don't really need great speeds. I'm also impressed that Leaptel asked me to join the national NBN speed monitoring program which doesn't affect my cost.

 Follow-up  · My speed is tested daily as Leaptel invited me to join the SamKnows monitoring program. I will say more about this later. I joined Leaptel on the 25/10 plan and that is all I need because I don't have any devices over Full HD resolution. That's the plan I joined Leaptel on. Incredible service!!! We’ve been connected with Leaptel for a few months now and haven’t had any issues. Internet is super fast. Customer service is fantastic. Flawless experience, excellent service! – Connection great zero issues. Due to area max speed I could achieve was 55/10 Mbit, as much as I want it to go faster, no one can make that happen until have fibre installed to the home! reason, nothing else was reported from the area. Swapped modem and all good again. Support was easy going and understood what I was putting down.

Cancelling the service couldn't have been any easier. "I'm moving and won't have need for a connection" a simple when would you like it to be disconnected response, and any remaining time will be refunded and reflecting in the final invoice. None of this "30 day notice period" get from other providers on a certain network.

Will be coming back for that 250 plan (FTTP) when move into new house in a few months, the little Green frog has made this guy happy!

Simply fantastic – Signed up and was connected super-quickly. Incredible support when I've had issues - really knowledgeble and helpful. I've also referred my 83 year old mother, who has experienced kind, patient and incredible support also. I still got staff replying me online straight away with an effective solution! And they proactively offered discounts as well. Leaptel Review Part .2 – Hi I recently signed over to Leaptel from another ISP and have been very happy with the service to date.. I have now signed my Mother over to Leaptel also.. I requested the transfer on Sunday to the 25mbs plan and asked to be connected on Tuesday. Which happened exactly as requested without issue.. We were notified on the day that the… Read more ·  2

service was connected by sms.. Which was nice.. After about 10 days my mother recieved an alert that she had used 1/2 the data on the new plan.. Upon investigation i could see that the CCTV cameras were the issue and contacted Leaptel to change to an unlimited and faster 50mbs plan which is currently on special at the same price as the 25mbs plan for 12 months.. $59.99. Really thats a pretty great deal.. We were super happy to be connected to the faster plan the same day and within an hour.. We were again sent an sms to notify us that the new speed and plan was then active.. When we contacted tech Support that we were not seeing the new speed after restarting the modem.. the phone was answered in minutes by the appropriate tech support staff.. And even after I called back 10 minutes later my call was again answered within minutes.. The problem was quickly resolved as being a modem connection issue.. Since then we have had no issues or problems.. We are very happy with Leaptels service and customer support and pricing...

Great customer service – These guys have been really good. We've been with them for about 4 years now and no major issues. They will notify you of any upcoming service outages. If you call them they will work through any troubleshooting issues with you. I would strongly recommend them . Fantastic Company – Leaptel have been fantastic. Currently on FTTN, so speed is dictated on cable distance from the node. (Its worth noting that NO RSP can improve the speed dictated by the line) Connection reliability is also not an RSP issue, but they are the contact and Leaptel are always great to deal with, always clear, concise language on the phone and keep me updated well. Show details ·  1

Excellent phone service from local Aussies – Decided to go with Leaptel since they have Aussie phone support and are currently running a discount for 12 months on NBN50, making it cheaper than majority of other telcos. HFC and modem was installed, wifi immediately worked. Got downloads speeds of 49.6mbps and upload of 8.6mbps. Modem was delivered quickly in 3 days. NBN appointment took a bit longer but the guy turned up as promised.

service and he was so easy to deal with and able to answer my questions. I signed up and within an hour was connected and Optus-free. I then did something stupid with my settings and suddenly was without internet. I called Leaptel's support line (5 mins before they were due to close) and again got Ethan - he was super helpful and got me back online even though it meant staying past closing time. The pleasure of dealing with a local sales and support team alone was worth the change - the $ saving is a bonus. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Excellent Service – I continue to be impressed with the Service and Followup from the Support Staff at Leaptel. Always professional, friendly and extremely helpful. This is a 1st class service being offered by local people. Always great – Leaptel wifi service has been terrific for the 4 months I have had it. Netflix never buffers and I get great coverage everywhere in the house. period, we contacted Leaptel (no wait time on the phone), they advised an NBN technician would need to come out. Received an SMS advising a technician from NBN would attend the next day in the afternoon. Technician came out from NBN, arrived on time, and had us back online after redoing some wiring in the street. Leaptel then followed up to ensure everything was going well. That sort of dedication and attention to detail is hard to find these days, particularly in telecommunications and more than justify's their claims of being a different sort of provider.
