Doing online course when it comes to questions with missing words will not accept correct answers taken verbatim from course Rang call centre like talking to an ignorant child no follow up no idea wish I read reviews beforehand

LF with Kevin Hobbs as my trainer everything he taught us was clear and made me understand quickly and when he saw I made a mistake he directed me to make it correct he did his 101 percent to bring his wisdom to feed our knowledge and I recommend him to anyone who wants to pass

Booked and paid in full for EWP course. Received confirmation and reminder emails about the course. Awesome instructor – I Had Roger Moore as my instructor, he was really chilled and was great at explaining the information for me to get a better understanding in my EWP course.

Booked an employee in for forklift licence. He returned to work saying it was poorly organised with his trainer apologising to him saying they had made an error with booking. 30 people in class with them running the class backwards focussing on day 2 students in a day 1 class. disinterested and denied that the trainer made any such comments. As an employer, I expect better. I wouldn't use or recommend Licences 4 work to anyone.

The worst service. Communication by email or phone is impossible. The administration is annoying if they have to work; there's only one girl at Coopers Plain who works for the entire team. The teacher I met was rude, very rude. Overall, it's the worst service you can use. If you can avoid it, do so. It's the perfect place if you want to waste your money.

Terrible con artists – They ripped me off for my money and plenty of others as well, misleading information for the forklift license, they promote that it’s 3 days on the website you do the first 2 days then they book you in for the 3rd day when they have time, they told me 4 weeks later I could do my 3rd day. all the staff.For the first time in my life I had to deal with such people. My suggestion is nobody will be trained with such a company again. I had to travel from a long distance for the practical assessment and l was obliged to be 15 minutes earlier otherwise l would pay more money.

by asking personal questions out of context. When I was taking notes in my notebook and asked him what I was writing down, he responded, "Talk about it in management," in a very rude tone.

During the practical class, the other "teacher" had an even worse attitude and treated the students even more poorly. When he was explaining how to straighten the forklift, he grabbed my hand without my consent in a manner that I absolutely did not appreciate. I am new to this country and just starting out; otherwise, my reaction to that huge lack of respect would have been different.

It is not at all recommended to study here.

Unprofessional – Booked in for basic scaffolding course, Friday before they change the times and dates, 1hr before course starts they cancel course. Really poor effort. Considering I had flown to Brisbane with accommodation had cost a lot of money, and left with no ticket. Won’t be coming back. They also asked if I would like a refund, I thought that would be the least of what they could do, considering the $2000 it cost to still not have a ticket.

trainers needs to get out of their phones while doing the practical part (I do not care, but a lot of people without experience were complaining about that).

One month and three bookings and you still can't explain why I'm not on course list! Take my time money and my job! being used and gave us some great tips. Day 2 was also a fantastic learning environment we had Jerome and the cuzzy. Both were great at what they do made the whole experience pleasurable and covered the operational part of the course. Had to book assessment for a later date with lovely reception team mine was 7 days later which allowed me enough time to use the learning materials we were given to become comfortable with the assessment. Assessment day was much of the same Kyle was our assor he was easy going and informative about the assessment we all got through the calculation and 61 questions quickly and he didn't hesitate to start the driving assessment which ment an early knock all round great team at Cooper plains.

Get treated like a dog – I was booked in for a 7am test after working night shift, only to be told someone stuffed up and i had to wait till midday for an 8 hour assessment! Had a very rude assessor who treated me like a dog when i turned up! He pointed at me, then pointed at the ground in front of him and yelled "oi, here"! Not the customer experience i expect when I'm forking out good money to get a licence

almost a month to get my licence to operate the forklift (practical and theoretical tests passed with success) because every time they make up excuses to stall me and not give me concrete answers. I'm at great risk of losing my job because of them, but they don't seem to care that much, and their customer service is terrible. I'm about to take legal action against them because the situation is becoming unbearable. I've already discouraged many people from using them to obtain licences and prefer other providers. they'll probably now put up other false positive reviews to hide mine.

Ewp course over 11 meters – Very well put together course the assessor Rodger Moore does a great job very good with giving information putting on the right track for learning and studying and has a good repertoire with his class I'll give him 5 stars

DONT WAS YOUR TIME AND MONEY – Very disorganised institution. Staff don't know what's going on. They pass wrong information ahead, the lack of commitment and information is huge!!! I think I never had such a bad experience like that. Nor worth it at all!

Great Training Experience Ever with the Order Picker – I would like to Thank the Institution for the commendable work they did on my training especially my trainers R. Naidu and Grant Smith who really helped me with the training, they offered great support and motivated me to push on until I got grasp of the Forklift and the order picker, the teaching methods used were outstanding I really had a good time in the training.
