Good quality matress -Deep Dream Essential Mattress (Queen)
Excellent mattress. Very comfortable. Sits beautifully on our queen bed frame. The mattress is a bit heavy though. I think it's because it's not made out of cheap material. Good customer service and communication by likely team. Highly recommended.

Excellent service
Dispatched very quickly even during the Black Friday weekend. The cuppa tv unit I bought is with an unexpected high solid quality and the assembly instruction booklet was also very clear as well.

Arrived damaged
This coffee table isn't cheap and it arrived with a chunk missing out of the side and a massive crack in the wood. It's cute but I don't know how long it will last with the condition it arrived in.

Very disappointed
The delivery took so long as freight company refused to deliver to the store and left wrong address.
Then the order was delivered wrong colour…

Absolutely sensational! I AM SHOOK.
Wow. Absolutely in shock at the quality of this unit. I am so impressed. It looks like something that cost over a grand. The wood is amazing, heavy and high quality. Dont even think twice. Buy it. I want to buy the larger one now. The instructions say it wil take an hour and a half to build, but we did it in 30 - 40. However we did put the doors on wrong and needed to disassemble it... lols. But its brilliant and I am nnow looking at what else I can buy on Lifely because the quality is as good as Freedom Furniture but a fraction of the price.

I have been looking for a sofa bed for some time now, and the sofa bed I have purchased is perfect.
The communication with the team was exceptionally super. I had sent an email to find out the eta of the delivery of the sofa bed and I was given a prompt reply. I received a call on the day of the delivery to see if I minded receiving the sofa bed the following day due to some problems and I was fine with this, imagine my surprise when a quick minute later the sofa bed arrived. The person delivering the sofa bed was very professional and polite. I totally loved the instructions which came with the sofa bed, unlike some instructional sheets they were really easy to follow. The sofa bed is wickedly comfortable. I recommend this item.

Generally, a great product with several reclining levels. However, the material used can be a bit warm, so using this during summer can be problematic.

A great online shopping experience
Great description and accurate specifications. Instructions enclosed with mattress were clear & I love it that Lifely offered a phone number for any queries in their email communications.
The only thing is the delivery company only told me it was coming on the day. Communication earlier on the day of delivery stated 6-11 days for delivery. A bit confusing.

Delivery took longer than expected
Delivery was slower than expected and there was some confusion with the delivery address, but finally we received our mattress and Lifely did refund my delivery cost as an apology.

Love the product - delivery was to the wrong house
I am keen on the product I purchased however the delivery was dropped at the wrong house and I didnt have an opportunity to get to them in time. Now I am left with trying to move 4 rather large boxes down a long driveway on my own. It would be good if delivery people checked in with people of whether they are dropping at the right address.

Thinking about purchasing a Floating Bed Base. Can anyone tell me is it sturdy, squeaky, etc? How supportive/strong are the slats? Do they support a lot of weight and movement? Thanks!
