didn't. We emailed the company to organise a return but they said they required a video of us both lying on the bed so they could see that we were rolling in. We purchased this mattress after moving to a new state and didn't have anyone we could ask to come and take a video of my husband and I in bed! Shortly after my husband had to suddenly fly back to our home state for a family matter and was gone for almost 8 weeks. He has since returned and to deal with this mattress, i now sleep in the spare room and he sleeps on the new mattress because it's not so bad if just one person sleeps in the middle of the bed. But it's completely unusable for both of us to sleep on. The edge of the mattress (about a foot or so around the whole edge) is hard like a plank runs around the outside of the mattress. And when we're both sleeping on it, it feels like sleeping on the side of a hill (or a valley, i should say). We are not heavy people, I'm under 60kg and my husband is 85kg. I would not recommend the queen size of this mattress for two people, and honestly, not honouring a return policy unless you get a video of us lying on the bed is pretty ridiculous, i don't know how we even would have taken one to accurately show the slant. If you do purchase, be wary of the return policy. I attempted to write this review on their website but it simply would not display. Only their 5 star reviews appear to submit. Ended up posting the review but gave it 5 stars so it would display. Was taken down later that day.

The website is misleading and makes it very hard to understand the terms of the trial period for items. While most mattress companies let you trial the mattress free of charge, this company hides the fact that the trial is not free. Furthermore, it said it ships on May 20th. The item indeed didn't ship until almost a month later! That I can understand, but they use Hunter Express for deliveries that you have to pay for; by the way, no free shipping here. On top of having to pay for the shipping, the driver dropped it off out front and took off. I have a disability and can't get the mattress up to my apartment. To put the onus on the customer to move the mattress up to the front door is shameful. The courier company and Lifely told me that this is due to the health and safety of the delivery driver. Atrocious behavior from a mattress company. Other companies deliver to the door and then even have an installation service at a charge. I guess you get what you pay for.

The product itself barely has any latex. They market this as a more natural alternative to foam, but I can tell you it's mostly springs and a small layer of latex. To top it all off, you are actually sleeping on what they call a biofoam! It's barely much better than a foam mattress, just doesn't smell as bad.

A biofoam mattress topper is marginally healthier than standard polyurethane foam, primarily offering a slight reduction in initial chemical off-gassing and better sleep temperature control. It is important to know that "biofoam" is not 100% organic or plant-based; rather, it is a hybrid material where manufacturers replace roughly 5% to 20% of petroleum-based chemicals with natural plant oils like soy or castor bean oil.

The mattress was a little firm, so I asked for a free soft biofoam topper to try. I was told it's not in stock for another 2 months! unbelievable! The support team couldn't care less about the concerns, just generic responses.

Won't be buying anything else from Lifely.

If it was, it wasn’t obvious, so if you’re buying from Lifely, for home delivery, be aware that it’s up to you after the goods are through the front gate.

week of September to be told the stock was allocated to other customers and now the next stock will not arrive for another month. Such dishonourable business practices to falsely advertise available stock and take full payment knowing that they do not have stock available. Definitely feels like a scam like many other reviewers experience. If you need the product within a certain timeframe DO NOT rely on this company’s website and stock availability as it’s a lie.

reach out to the customer service team about the delivery of the mattress, they replied very promptly and answered all the questions I had. Both the deliveries for the bed frame and the mattress were much quicker than I expected. My son is very excited about his new bed, he absolutely loves it. The mattress is also very comfortable. I have recommended this bed to other mums I know looking for a toddler bed.

I LOVE the pink no frame bed I got for my 1 year old daughter. I got the king single so I could snuggle in sometimes and it will suit her for years to come! So simple to set up, one person can do it. It only took me 20 minutes. the small box it arrived in was so easy to get up stairs! It’s so safe, and almost doubles as a big play area for her in her room. Customer service is absurd. Pre-ordered a sofa with 2 ottomons in the olive green over a month ago, their website said early may they would be back in stock. Never heard anything from them. their supposedly most popular colour? We asked if we could replace the ottomans with 2 other pieces in the colour that we want, they said they would have to ask management and would call us back. Never heard from them again. Have followed up another 2 or 3 times and have had the same conversation each time. Will be seeking a full refund due to the lack of customer service and communication. Do not recommend anyone to pre-order from this company as they are absolutely no help when theyve already recieved your money!

I put an order for my son’s bed in February and was charged on my credit card within 24hrs. It is almost MAY and I have not received anything, not even a notice of my shipment. I am due in the next few weeks with our second baby and my son’s bedroom is still not ready. This company has the WORST customer service and I doubt I will have any better luck with my request for return.

the mattress is in stock and will be dispatched within 2 days. Haven't heard from them again. No mattress dispatched. I sent another email to customer service and asked what the problem was. They sent an email saying that it was a pre-order and they don’t have the mattress; even though I have their email that confirmed that they do.

Awesome product! Excellent customer service, and the product is 10/10. I have the best piece of kind now knowing my little one won’t hurt himself in his sleep. He is a sleep walker and active mover. I also love how easy it was to put together. I will be purchasing the pink cover for when my girl is old enough to use the bed also. Show reply
