The packaging was fantastic and I was worried that my Tiffany lamp might be damaged but it was so well wrapped that it was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, the rug we originally purchased was too small, so we had to go through the return/refund/repurchase process. Thankfully this was very smooth and whilst it added to the final cost I put that down to my lack of judgement in the first place. Follow-up · You can move it easy but it has enough weight to it to not easily to pushed around. The storage is enough for a double blanket to be put inside. Not massive but enough. The material is soft and sturdy. I am quite surprised by how well it is put together. Nicely padded. The table is like a chipboard with vinyl over the top. The legs are solid wood. I hope this helps.

Follow-up · Unit came fully assembled apart from putting the legs on which my husband could easily do.. he just needed a hand to turn it back over and place in position. It would suit any decor, any flooring. I have light coloured wood flooring and it goes perfectly with that. Would also look good on tiles/carpet. Its a very modern piece with lovely brass hardware and looks lovely with items placed on top of it but equally as beautiful on its own.

and very sturdy. Delivery was 11 days ex Melbourne and is door to door. That is to the front door to your building, not your unit and they don’t do ANY stairs. So watch out if you have steps at the entrance to your building. You’ll be stuck with it on the street. This is reasonable as there’s only one delivery person and the item is very heavy at over 60kg, but it’s very inconvenient. Two very strong people are absolutely needed to turn it upright and get it out of its packaging as it’s packed upside down. LS told me a second person would be ‘handy’ to help assemble it! NO assembly is required despite what the website states and what the company tells you! I would struggle to buy from LS again. Not the worst experience but no where near good enough.

I noted my surprise at this this considering its the busiest time of the year being EOFY sales, only to be met with 'we all deserve a break, at least on the weekend' and later '... we don't work on Saturdays or Sundays, we are entitled to time off'. I expressed my dissatisfaction and that this was an unprofessional response to give a customer and that a review would be left to reflect the lack of response over 2 days during the busiest time of the year, and the manner with which the enquiry was being handled. The agent name suddenly changed. My thought was perhaps this was a virtual person. Nope. After some prompting, the next person claimed to be the 'customer service manager' and continued to reiterate the same thing, missing the point entirely. After a bit of too'ing and fro'ing, I stated that I just wanted to buy the product before end of financial year. I asked for a call to which he complied. He called and asked why I was 'threatening' to leave a bad review and that he was a human being entitled to time off.' He said I clearly was desperate to buy the product from this company so why was I 'threatening' to lodge a complaint and leave a bad review. I responded that he was missing the point - there was a professional manner with which to respond to customers. Clearly the ‘manager’ does not like his job, as he continued to tell me that everyone is too touchy these days and why is it a requirement everyone remains professional. I questioned the sudden messaging change and that this day and age, with online [Content Removed] and virtual messaging, it was important to be clear, transparent and communicative. His response speaking over me was that I was changing the subject. I requested to speak to a manager above him. He stated there was no manager above him ( a pet hate on my part and the go to response these days). The only person above him was the manager who was currently 'overseas'. I decided not to purchase the bedhead and that I was prepared to pay more elsewhere. In the end its about the quality of the service. I will take my business elsewhere.

removed last week by my friends to make space for this one as well as a fridge, bookshelves, queen ensemble bed etc and the door is completely standard, just much taller than most as place is high ceilings.
Delivery men said they could open on the street but they wanted me to say it was ok if they damaged it. I said do what you have to do but I expect you to try and not damage it. He then got on the phone and they stood on my laneway talking loudly for ten minutes until I had to ask what was happening and they said they were waiting for call back. I said ok. So trying to get back to work, then they come to knock again and say they’re just taking it back. I was so annoyed at the waste of time energy and the TERRIBLE choice I made use this retailer.
Then the real cherry on top. [Name Removed] calls me right as they leave for absolutely no reason at all it was a pointless call and actually made it worse; he shrugs it off and repeats what delivery men told me. I explained the standard size of door, the lack of warning on the ad that a larger entrance was required, the inconvenience to me organising to work from home, removing my old couch etc. then he gets defensive, just doubles down and I told him I wanted a refund - cannot believe I had to be the one to bring it up. I also advised I would be leaving this review and [Name Removed] got defensive? @livingstyles I hope you record calls because I would not have actually been so horrified with your entire organisation if it weren’t for his condescending and rude attitude. I’ll never buy from this site again and will require my account and details to be purged, anyone reading this - DO NOT buy from here use other retailers that actually care about their customers.
