I was served by Claudia at the Chadstone store and she was amazing at picking out pieces that worked with my body type and I received no judgement at all for my post-children body shape and size. I ordered a pair of leggings online and when I went to collect them the staff member Abby asked if they were for me? She then went on to say I had ordered the wrong size and then fitted me for the correct size. I would have purchased the wrong size if she didn’t help. Thank you Abby Show details ·  1

what I was after and what a perfect item - The Amy Thermal Leggings, with its internal draw cord gives me a perfect fit with no roll down whatsoever. Just would love a 3/4 length as the ankle biter is a bit tall for my height, but thanks for having kind and awesome staff and finally an awesome offering for the Amy Thermal Legging - hope to come back for more for the upcoming Sydney Chill!! :)

I'm a was, of lorna jane, but quiet disappointed with the poor quality of its products. I still kept my old leggins of 12 years ago) and they are still intact , not stiching came out and colours are like new. on the skin and causing rash, the stiching is poor and with a few wears it comes off. Material stretchs to the point to make it translucent. As for the tops, thin fabric for a price of 10 garments. Nothing like it used to be. My friend bought gym gear on Alixpress and the quality is superb , for a fraction of the price of a Lorna Jane. Definitely, we are not paying for quality, just the name!

After purchasing from Lorna Jane for over 20 years I am disgusted by their customer service. I was in one of their stores last weekend to purchase an item and told service assistant that I never received my birthday gift voucher. I'm sure you might have a great product , but after spending 30 minutes selecting items for my wife, I went to pay and was told you don't accept cash only cards! It's absolutely ridiculous, you lost over $500 in sales today, and I'll never support this brand again. FYI, every other competitor accepts cash and way better quality . Show details

My wife bought a jumper here last week - made in China but was $140.00 !! I was livid ! You could buy similar in Target for 40 ! was made to provide her e-mail address to get a darn receipt !! This place have SPAM written all over them ! What if she didn't have a printer and wanted to return it ?? Infact what happens if anyone did ?? This company are a joke. A law unto themselves, and should be boycotted. She will never go back there and is returning the over-priced jumper.

Called the store to find accurate information on a refund or exchange from an online order. I called prior to check of the options available and the lady I spoke with gave the wrong information and when I drove to the store there was no consideration on the inaccurate or lack of knowledge relayed. occurred with my replacement pair. They also very quickly lost their elasticity. And no I'm not putting them in the dryer or using fabric softer. After reading other reviews I regret spending the money I did - as the cost sadly does not reflect the quality at all. I will no longer purchase LJ.

in store. I tried on two occasions last week to contact the company through their customer service "AI" which was a terrible experience. There is no contact phone number or email address. I have been woefully disappointed in their "customer service". In such a competitive market space I would have thought Lorna Jane would take more care of their customers.

has changed and that they are the same quality. I insisted that I would bring in an old pair of Amy tights that I have had for over 5 years to show her that they are not the same. The tights are see-through when you bend over and do lunges/squats and they do not wash well with a lot of wear and tear that occurs in the knee section. Totally dissatisfied and I will never purchase another pair again.
