The email included a link to the product, and when I clicked on it, I was surprised to see the price had dropped by more than $500 compared to the sale price I had paid just over a month earlier. I contacted customer service to ask whether they would honour the new price or offer store credit, especially since I don’t even have the lounge yet and it hasn’t reached Australia. Unfortunately, I was told their 30-day price guarantee had expired (it had been 41 days), and no exception could be made. I understand businesses need policies, but given the long delivery timeframe, customers are effectively locked into a purchase well before receiving the product. Being only days outside the price window while the item is still in transit made the policy feel very inflexible and left me feeling powerless as a customer. This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in purchasing from Lounge Life again. My advice to anyone considering buying from them is to be aware that prices are gong to change after purchase, sale prices mean nothing and there appears to be little flexibility even when the product hasn’t yet arrived. I hope the company considers reviewing this approach, as a more customer-focused policy would go a long way toward building trust. I am now a one time customer, and will go anywhere else rather than deal with this calibre of 'policy before people' kind of business.

Glad I went with Lounge Life. Recommended – Looking for lounge suites online, found Lounge Life, liked the look of Lexington 3-seater chaise lounges, took a punt actual sight-unseen and ordered two sets. Lounges received in good order, most obliging delivery driver, unpacking was a bit of a chore for an oldie but lounges were in perfect condition though apparently produced in China. Worst quality products and even worse customer service. The product I received had a clear defect (clearly industrial or during delivery since leather has pierced holes) yet they try and get away with it by purely blaming the customer when all we did was unpack the packaging. Online website reviews are also ALL fake - I asked for a direct review link but they said they do not have those. Photo evidence provided. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Stay away from this company – Received my lounge with a big stain on it, and they refused to exchange & wanted to offered to get it cleaned. Supposed to be a brand new lounge that I paid alot of money for. Stay away from this company very bad quality and bad customer service. This company does not give refunds.

Garbage – My advice is to search all 1 star reviews of this business and will show you exactly who you are buying from. All the lounges are falling apart and they will not refund. The pictures show 1000 words. All positive reviews seem fake, i guess its just to boost their rating above 1 star.

The delivery was supposed to be in the last week of March and by 4 April . Since the delivery date has since been moved from the first week of April, which was the original goal of acquiring this specific model, is it possible to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund? I appreciate that there is a delay from China, but as a client, I have a commitment to my visitors and have been incredibly patient and courteous about this whole situation. Lounge Life has penalties that we must follow if we want to change the color, model, side of the chaise, or anything else, but what penalty can a customer put on Lounge Life in a situation like mine, when there have been extended delays and I have paid in full? As customers, we should also impose the same penalty that Lounge Life has on customers. It cannot just be a one sided penalty that benefits Lounge Life. Was again informed today that there will be further delay. Please escalate this matter to the CEO of Lounge Life.

The lounge colour isn't symmetrical because they mix part leather and part fake leather. It didnt take long for the lounge to just look pretty ordinary.
After 12 months the top layer of leather starting peeling off. Ive noticed this on other reviews now so i wish i looked into this before buying it. I responded by email for warranty and was told a non warrantable item as i didnt care for the lounge.

Bronte lounge very uncomfortable – I waited 3 months for this lounge to arrive, once it did i was so disappointed and it’s so uncomfortable and hard they are refusing to take back the lounge and refund.. they told me if I’m not happy to sell it on eBay. Go figure.. save your money and time don’t buy from this company it was an expensive lesson for me.

Nice guy who assured us it would now be early to mid FEBRUARY but someone would phone us urgently. 5 days later, no phone call. No actual promise of chair worth $1493 ever arriving.
