Warranty – Purchased a lounge great customer service, lounge delivered in April 2023 2 seater recliner and two single recliners electric . They are comfortable and look great, however now 16 months leather on one chair has split. Made contact they were responsive and easy to deal with however won’t replace or fix it . Did give me contact details for a repair man. The repair man has been and it’s fixed… replaced the damaged part… thanks Loungelife. Show reply

We ordered the Stirling corner in prestige leather and light grey colour. Adding the Chloe swivel chair was an excellent choice we are very happy with.
Very comfortable lounge. We opted to add an extra recliner besides the ones on each end.
Delivery was within 12 weeks of order. Lounge arrived very well packaged.
We paid for In Home Delivery. Money well spent as the driver was very polite and professional. He assembled the lounge and took the enormous amount of packaging with him for recycling.
We are happy with our purchase and would recommend Lounge Life Dandenong.
Love! Love! Love! – Ordered the Napoleon leather chaise lounge from lounge life and I am absolutely thrilled with the product. I have had my lounge now for four months and my family love it! We purchased the standard leather in the Platinum colour and it has been so easy to clean and maintain. I wish I customised it with a chaise on either end as we all fight to lay on the chaise. Extremely uncomfortable – Purchased the Lexington for our theatre room. Had it for a couple of months and find it extremely uncomfortable. Seats are too hard. And the angles of seats to back rest give me a sore back. Show details
Incomplete delivery (missing or wrong parts)...Terrible customer service trying to fix issues – Ordered two items with both having issues...The Century home theater recliner seat had a missing power cord (so it couldn't recline). The Boston lounge had a short leg (didn't offer load bearing support). The customer service (Effie) was argumentative, hard to deal with, never followed up issues/responded back (we constantly had to send emails… Read more
or call her continously). After about 2-3 weeks finally received a power cord out of the blue, she never responded that she sent it so we didn't know what was going on. As for the short leg, she refuses to help saying it is standard EVEN though the demo on their store showroom have ALL the legs touching and the saleman responding that it should touch the ground. So buyer beware, if you have any issues with your purchase...good luck getting any help out of them.
