Also bought her the Lola sofabed plus an ?? entertainment unit ( forgot the name). Since the latter two were a bit too heavy/ bulky and too large to fit in my car, I paid for delivery. Fantastic delivery service today- their lovely staff ( yes, we only talk to real people!!) kept us informed every step of the way. It was fast, efficient, all as promised and just excellent service overall. Jenny's the best contact person ever.
Postscript- we decided to try and return the Otis walnut entertainment unit- turned out to be a bit too large and too dark for the space after all. By then, the Iighter Oak finish version was also on 30% off sale, along with a comfy Linda armchair... so a few good possibilities for using our store credit refund. I went to the Carlton store for assistance- and received AMAZINGLY helpful customer service from Lucy and the team. The returns process was smooth, efficient, and involved as much helpful in-person communication as the original sale. Pickup service was as good as original delivery service- no endless waiting around... Bravo Loungelovers- I'm impressed at your customer service systems, which delivered a level of service that I thought was dead- and-gone in this day and age! I'll be back. 5 stars

In an effort to address the matter, Lounge Lovers initially sent us a pilling machine, which, while partially effective, failed to entirely rectify the issue. Subsequently, a technician was sent to see the sofa. However, the technician's response was disheartening as he conveyed that pilling is an inherent characteristic of the fabric and suggested impractical solutions such as refraining from wearing clothes "you'd have to be naked" or placing an additional fabric on the sofa.
Unfortunately, despite these concerns being raised and brought to Lounge Lovers' attention, no substantial corrective actions have been taken. This has left us extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the Lisa sofa and the overall customer service experience.
As a result of this ordeal, I have lost confidence in Lounge Lovers' products and services, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from them. I believe that the quality issues we have encountered should've be addressed and resolved.

were super helpful & patient as we navigated our way through the purchase of the sofas (as we were making the purchase before settlement date). Their customer service team (over the phone) went above and beyond to meet our needs as we added more products to our original (sofas) purchase. When it comes to delivery, their tracking system is so effective unlike other furniture deliveries where I would be up or down the queue at random intervals. Their delivery staff were very helpful and friendly.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Lounge Lovers, from showroom, to CS over the phone, to delivery and enjoying the furniture.

the quality is comparable with much more expensive companies) and it was in stock! They even let me pay in two instalments. Within a fortnight my new leather couch was delivered and the communication for organising that was outstanding. You get a personal agent who keeps in contact via text and email. Then on the delivery day you can track exactly when the truck will arrive. The delivery guys unpacked, installed the legs and took the rubbish away, which only cost an extra $30 on top of the delivery cost. I love my new lounge and found the whole shopping experience smooth and satisfying!

After we decided to get the bed, she gave us frequent updates on when exactly it would be delivered.
