Great service in store and delivery – Love the couch! I visited the store and the staff there were friendly and helped me pick a couch. The delivery was hassel-free, I was provided with tracking details of the driver on the day and got a before they arrived. The couch was tight squeeze up the stairs but they did so effortlessly. Perfect sofa for our upstairs TV space – We found the perfect velvet sofa for upstairs after searching for a month. It was also in stock and we had it delivered in 5 days. Ongoing delivery delays -still no couch – Bought a couch with delivery. The very next day I received a text to say my order had already been delayed a few weeks. Had multiple confirmation emails about the updated delivery day however 2 business days before delivery, I received a voicemail and another text to say another delay, will be a further 3 months. Customer service has offered to either change the colour of my couch or change the configuration -obviously a lot of time and effort went in to finding the right couch including the colour and layout for the room it is going into thus making this not an option for anyone. They claim to take no responsibility for delays as this is not in their control. However they continue to advertise the original delivery dates on their website without any warning of stock issues.

Great furniture – The 4 chairs that we selected accompany our table, great! We collected them from the Broadmeadow's warehouse, friendly and helpful staff member. The box did not fit in the car and the staff person was helpful and assisted with unpacking. Assembly was not a problem 4 chairs, 1 hour. One chair was a bit uneven but fixed with a felt pad. Excellent instore help and attention – We bought a clover round 120cm marble table and four Arc DC black on black chairs. The quality is excellent and the pattern on the marble perfect.
