minute did I have to wonder how my order was progressing the updates where available and repeated. I ordered late and Jenny had my delivery only days from when i ordered. The transport team Fabio and his mate were awesome, I held them up and they stuck around and put lounge in place exactly as I needed it, LL has a very committed transport partner.

I narrowly missed a sale, and called and they were able to offer me item at sale price still, and reduced it further between purchase and delivery when more sales came up. Great communication and quote transparency for delivery. I really like the sofa, it is amazing quality for the price and no problems assembling. Its firm and comfortable to sit on, looks great in the spare room/office for guests without having the clutter of a formal bed. fair enough. What isnt fair is that my delivery date keeps changing. It's been delayed twice now, apparently they are selling stock they dont have. Maybe one day i'll get my couch, but i've lost all confidence in this company and half expect it's some scam. In any case, even if this is the best couch ever made, i'll never shop here again. I'll be telling everybody I know the same thing. I didn't say a thing the first time the changed the date, just quietly accepted it. I think they took this to mean i'm somebody that will be easy to take advantage of. So my advice is to call them up the second they shift the goals and express your displeasure loudly, because if you accept their low unprofessional standards, they will 100% assume you're an id*ot without agency.

This review was put into mediation before publishing, but Lounge Lovers clearly arent interested in doing right by their customers. Clearly not interested in return business. I've just moved to a much bigger house, I need a lot of furniture, and Lounge Lovers have opted out of helping me fill it. I'll just shop with the competition. 4.8/5 is a blatant lie. How many of those are paid for shill reviews I wonder? Or is this another case of a once good company embracing enshitification? Too many companies sink into complacency after a good run. Quality control is always the first hit. Based on this experience so far i'm starting to doubt the quality of the product. If I ever get the couch Lounge Lovers have already accepted my money for, i'll be sure to update this review as to the quality.

I never would have bought the couch if i'd known Lounge Lovers were so unreliable, but after all the time wasted it seems an even bigger waste of time to ask for a refund at this point, but i'm tempted to just cancel the order regardless. My sanity and time is worth more than a couch that only exists hypothetically. Im tempted to ask for photos to show the couch exists
