Even though Lowes has some awesome bargains on big brands such as king Ge pants & shirts, I was quite disappointed ☹️ on their ️ website. For example I googled Lowes & went directly to their website but unfortunately I was unable to sort my search based on price, which is disappointing. I highly recommend Jay jays & Connor but stay away from Myer, because they are as useless as tits on a bull ♉.

3/4 men’s pants are not very flexible. I bought 3 pairs. I’ve only used one of them. Those ones split around the bum/crotch area on the 1st wear. They are very loose around the waist but have no give in them when you bend down to pick something up. I wouldn’t purchase this product from Lowes again Show details

The issue I have with Lowes Online Store is their innability to provide full details when items are being mailed out, or returned. For example, the most recent order I made (and the last) was addressed to my parcel pickup, but they forgot to include the complete details in the address form, resulting in my package being delivered to the wrong… Read more

Likewise, I returned a package using their address provided via their website's postage lable creator, only for the package to go to a location that was not secure enough for Australia Post to deliver to. Now that package is awaiting pickup in a limbo post office in Sydney somewhere. Lowes Online store won't be receiving any business from me again, and I warn others to only purchase in-store, in person, instead of relying on a service that has proven twice to be appalling.

Been a customer since the 1960s. Will continue buying – I ordered 2 pullovers on line. I had purchased these exact pullovers previously and I wear them as part of a uniform. cancel the order. What should have taken a day or two, has been a couple of weeks. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe’s don’t even care. I will not deal with Lowe’s anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!

Work fleece sloppy joes – Sloppy joes looked nice and appeared warm before first wear. After one wear the front is seriously pilled and looks cheap and nasty. brands, but given the stock availability I got 2 xmas shirts - a 3XL in one style and a 4XL in another (just in case the 3XL was too small) for $80 delivered. They were delivered really quickly, but they were 100% Polyester (feels like you're wearing a this plastic tarp) and the width was about the size of a 2XL in other brands, hardly any difference between the 3XL and 4XL - and both only *just* came down to belt line and ended up mid-waist if I did anything with my arms. I also saw they were made in Bangladesh (probably by some 12yo getting paid 75 cents day). This was NOT worth anywhere near a $35 shirt. Felt completely ripped off, and the dinner party was the next night so I didn't return them. Lesson learned - I've blocked their ads from every appearing to me again.

How about a refund – Bought online from Lowes so as to get my clothes by the 28/10/22 to 7/11/22 as I was going away they they supplied a tracking number which shows there has been no movement on the delivery since the 28/10/22 I have requested a refund but they want me to wait till the 11/11/22 WHY they can see in the tracking that it is dead in the water case and that I had to buy elsewhere as their parcel will not arrive in time. Men's tie Dye T shirts waste of money – The men's tie dye t shirts are very poor quality. They do not hold the colour and after 3 washes have the look of an old garment. They also shrink so much in length that they are unwearable. Very poor product. All washing instructions were followed to the letter. T shirts were also not tumble dried. Waste of money. Very disappointing.

Lowes Zero card is not worth the hassle – No matter what discount they offer you for signing up with the Zero card, don't do it! It's basically a credit card, but without any of the competence of a credit card company. Not worth the hassle for a few bucks of discount on a school uniform. I guess the Lowes products are ok. Horrible sizings, don't bother – Store is fine. Delivery was timely. Pants sizing is WAY off every other brand globally. XL is sized for a M with 47 footlong legs. I've never had tracksuit pants induce anxiety before these. Cost to return outweighed by the time it would take me. Cheaper to throw them out than return. Show details

I signed up for the newsletter online. That was all that was required to get the 10% discount As a first order customer.

The gosford store offered to order this for me using their ipad because the website was down when I tried. That's online.

I have met and demonstrated all requirements. It's a lousy $15 And this is how new subscribers are treated ?? The offer is intended To generate new business!!

Ask yourself if you think this response qualifies as 'lowes customer service.'

The sizing is all over the place – I ordered 13 dog jumpers/jackets in two sizes - the sizes do NOT match the sizing chart. Some items ordered for the large dog (size 2XL) actually fit the small dog (Medium) and some of the smaller stuff might fit a puppy or chihuahua.
