Online storeBought a shirt online. Advertised with a discounted price if you have a zero card. Went to checkout, nowhere to enter your account number (that comes with your zero card) . Seems you HAVE to use that card to purchase. NOT clearly stated anywhere. So tired of these pathetic games designed to trap the unwary.

This on the shelf item got messed up and is coming from across the country
Online storeI ordered paint from Lowe's which should have been a on the shelf item. There was no Lowe's a thousand miles closer to me and Lowe's send my product across the country and it was supposed to be here more than a week ago. I called Lowe's and they said as long as it is in shipping, they won't do anything. Until I receive the product, I can’t even cancel the order. What should have taken a day or two, has been a couple of weeks. The $426 I spend has cost me more than this order and Lowe’s don’t even care. I will not deal with Lowe’s anymore. What is happening to these companies that can't get help, but on the other hand, these companies show that they don't even care. Good bye Lowe's, I will not be back!

Work fleece sloppy joes
Online storeSloppy joes looked nice and appeared warm before first wear. After one wear the front is seriously pilled and looks cheap and nasty. After a couple of wears it is evident that material is inferior quality and warmth is getting less and less with every wash. You get what you pay for. Cheap price, cheap quality. Disappointed.

Zero card is a joke!
Online storeWasn't approved for the zero card. They just placed a mark against my credit score and offered me a stupid $10 discount for not being accepted for the zero card to be able to pay off my sons high school clothing. Thanks alot. Don't bother with lowes. If you can go elsewhere absolutely do it. Don't recommend this company on any level. Considering I have klarna, openpay and afterpay i dont miss any payments, my credit score is positive... what kind of joke is this.

CANNOT USE GIFT CARDS TO PURCHASE SCHOOL UNIFORMS!

Buying from here was a mistake
Online storeI was looking for xmas shirts for a novelty dinner my wife and I were attending - and Lowes appeared in the search efforts, featuring images of huge overweight old men in exactly the sort of cringey xmas-themed hawaiian shirts I was after. Now, I'm 6'11" and 125kg - so not exactly fat, but I do need big clothing. Read moree 100% Polyester (feels like you're wearing a this plastic tarp) and the width was about the size of a 2XL in other brands, hardly any difference between the 3XL and 4XL - and both only *just* came down to belt line and ended up mid-waist if I did anything with my arms. I also saw they were made in Bangladesh (probably by some 12yo getting paid 75 cents day). This was NOT worth anywhere near a $35 shirt. Felt completely ripped off, and the dinner party was the next night so I didn't return them. Lesson learned - I've blocked their ads from every appearing to me again.- Return Claim Made: No

How about a refund
Online storeBought online from Lowes so as to get my clothes by the 28/10/22 to 7/11/22 as I was going away they they supplied a tracking number which shows there has been no movement on the delivery since the 28/10/22 I have requested a refund but they want me to wait till the 11/11/22 WHY they can see in the tracking that it is dead in the water case and that I had to buy elsewhere as their parcel will not arrive in time. Men's tie Dye T shirts waste of money
Online storeThe men's tie dye t shirts are very poor quality. They do not hold the colour and after 3 washes have the look of an old garment. They also shrink so much in length that they are unwearable. Very poor product. All washing instructions were followed to the letter. T shirts were also not tumble dried. Waste of money. Very disappointing.

Lowes Zero card is not worth the hassle

It's basically a credit card, but without any of the competence of a credit card company.

Horrible sizings, don't bother.

Pants sizing is WAY off every other brand globally.
XL is sized for a M with 47 footlong legs.
I've never had tracksuit pants induce anxiety before these.
Cost to return outweighed by the time it would take me. Cheaper to throw them out than return.

Online storeI recently ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shorts. The 3 shirts came but not the shorts. I emailed Lowes (no reply) but the next day the shorts were sent. When they arrived the swing tag said XXL but the tag on the shorts was XL. I emailed Lowes and again no reply. I then had to go to a Lowes store to sort this out and get a refund. What's the point of paying $10 delivery during covid when you end up having to sort out their incompetence in a store anyway?

Online storePlaced an order 10 days ago , credit card charged on the day of order . No notification that order has been sent (or processed) . No response from "customer service" . Will not be using Lowes again . My first experience with Lowes will be my last as well .
