Very impressed with service – We had a end of lease clean just prior to Christmas and we were very impressed with their work. Even the real estate agent commented on how great a job was done. From the time we called the office and spoke to Helen through to the end the service, they were professional, efficient and well worth the money. We have now booked them for an ongoing regular service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The best cleaner we've ever had – My family say after every visit by Nicol how nice the house is. how well she has cleaned, what an amazing job she has done, how tidy everything is, how she goes the extra mile and that the place looks sparkling.. She cleans so professionally and is also very polite and always smiling.

Such high standards! – Maria is a wonderful cleaner. Unfortunately due to covid I was unable to afford to pay for a cleaner but once work picks back up I’d love to have Maria back. My puppies and house absolutely love her.

Overcharges NDIS participants – Great cleaner however, I do not recommend MiM for NDIS participants because: - There is an additional $7 "administration fee" that is charged - not sure if this is for anyone who receives an invoice from MiM, or just NDIS participants - Cleaning hours additional to those booked are charged at $49.16 per hour (maximum NDIS rate) for NDIS… Read more

It is hard to see how this is not discrimination, as I am not aware of any drastically improved service to people with disability that justifies charging 198% of the price that everyone else is charged. - I was sent a service agreement to sign that was blank and did not include details of prices - this is poor practice (never sign a blank cheque!). The service agreement also assumed that NDIS participants will always be home when the clean is done - I have an invisible disability and I work. Overall, I'm disappointed and would encourage MiM to rethink its approach to NDIS participants.

Terrible - overcharged and cancelled at the last minue – Having recently had a new born baby, I hired this company to make my life easier. They cancelled on me twice with half an hour's notice and overcharged my account twice for services never rendered. Check your bank statements.

Terrible unreliable – I booked to hwve hwve my home cleaned on a weekly basis. The gentleman rang and cancelled 20 mins before he was due to arrive. Told me he would come at 830 the next morning which did not work with me as I have young children. No follow up was made by agency until I complained.

As a retired professional cleaner myself l know how hard cleaning and know good and great work Dee and Bobby are in the super top class of cleaners We have asked them never to think about retiring don't think we could ever replace the guys

Some updated feedback – Lately we have been increasingly less happy with this service, whilst they always do a great job they are often late without explanation and our latest cleaner will not even tell her name dispite us asking 4 times on the sane day on case she's not heard us!

Friendly & Professional - Emine – Friendly and good communication. I’m missing having Emine attend to clean our home and look forward to her return after lockdown. Emine is lovely and does a wonderful job each time she attends.
