The cleaners were professional and good but turned out I got charged more. I was also pushed to book an hourly service while the online package had a fixed cost. I understand the business needs to make money but being unfair to maids and customers is not the way to do it. Will go direct next time.

I was very happy with the ease of booking service through Mark. Being kept informed and also the flexibility, on short notice, to clean my propsrty on the Weekend. The cleaner Monty was very thoroigh and pleasant mannered and adding extras was no fuss.

Maid2Go had exceptional communication. I booked the night before and didn’t expect anyone to be able to come and attack our dirty house. Belinda came on time at midday and worked and worked and worked. The house looks and feels great. She was a very kind, meticulous and motivated cleaner. the cleaning myself, I trusted Made2Go to handle a light clean before we moved in. I personally welcomed Carla and her team into the apartment, gave them clear instructions, and then left them to complete the job.

When I returned, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the apartment not properly cleaned — with visible dirt still on the floors — but there was also noticeable damage to our beautiful new wooden floorboards. Despite my photographic evidence showing the condition of the apartment days prior, the team completely denied any responsibility.

To make matters worse, Made2Go refused to send a different team out to clean, insisting that Carla’s team return — which I did not feel comfortable with after the damage and lack of accountability. Ultimately, I had to give up on having the floors repaired or the job redone just to secure a refund.

Very disappointing experience for what should have been a simple, stress-free service.

Can’t thank our cleaners Tsengel and Eeny enough! The job they did was beyond wonderful. Moving into an old house there was a lot of cleaning to do. The ladies didn’t miss a spot and let the place sparking! The booking service was very easy and the customer was greats highly recommended to anyone looking for top professional cleaners!

Maria & Camila has done another great job in getting our home sparkling clean. They are replacement cleaners that have come twice, while our regular cleaners are away and we felt very comfortable with them from the first meet.
