Great workmanship to clean my large 5 bedroom house which needed desperate clean. Booked a vacate cleaning with Majestic as the last tenant left the house at mess. Majestic came to rescue.
Amazing clean and amazing service. Communication was clear, and cleaners were very nice throughout the whole process. Could not be happier with how the apartment looks and cannot recommend Majestic Cleaning pros enough! Thank you :)

We booked majestic for a vacate clean on my elderly mum's property, they were prompt/professional with all communication leading up to the date of clean and time of arrival.. The windows were Sparkling and the clean was fantastic, we would definitely recommend and use Majestic again. Thank you Jahna

I paid over $660 for this “clean” which left my house absolutely filthy, worse than when they arrived. I have used several cleaning services before and have never been so appalled. arrived and noticed the error they did not call their admin office to rectify the situation or, if they weren’t capable of performing a period clean they should have re-booked the service.
First they arrived 45 minutes late with no phone call. They arrived, barely spoke English and the smell of body odour was absolutely abhorrent. I could still smell the odour after they left.
I had asked for marks from walls to be cleaned. I saw the water in their buckets a few times and the water was absolutely filthy and I could not smell any cleaning product. The marks on the wall were made considerably worse and I have the photos.
They started late so left late, I just wanted them out of my house by 5:45 I needed to get my children. They said they were done with the floors still wet, again noticing the bucket of filthy water and footprints all through the house. They said they will do a quick mop and leave. Water was not refreshed, could not smell any disinfectant whatsoever and I have a video of my wiping a small section of the floor after they left - the white cloth was filthy.
Bins weren’t empty, toilet and bathroom floor still dirty, splash back wasn’t clean.
I had to re-clean the entire house the morning before my rent inspection. I complained and the company basically said bad luck you booked the wrong service, even though if that was a vacate clean I’d still want my money back. They offered to pay back only $150 after what I consider causing damage to my property, I should have received a full refund.
Absolutely horrible experience.

Not satisfied with vacate cleaning – Had a vacate clean on a 2 bedroom unit, price I paid was $506 which was required to pay upfront 48 hours prior to the cleaning. wall not removed, cobwebs outdoor not touched, car port and in front of the door not swept etc.
I called them the next day, they came back, they did the things I pointed out that needed to be done, except the cobwebs outdoor which I had to do it myself even after they finished.
Not up to standard for a vacate cleaning.
Wiped with dirty cloth, mop was also dirty and didn't clean shower screens – Left wipe marks through the whole house on every surface like they wiped with a dirty cloth, didn't even attempt to clean the shower screen as they did one coat and gave up with one single product. don't know about as they tried to upcharge me on an acid clean and refused to come back as it was not possible to make the screens better so I had to do it myself.

Hired them for End of Lease carpet cleaning. Carpet looks cleaner than when we moved in. I also asked to have my old rug cleaned, which I was going to throw out. Looked just as I remembered it. Carpets and rug smelt fresh. Good back and forth communication. I am very happy with the service, and I will use their service again without hesitation.

They easily quoted me quickly for the job and took the initiative to look at photos of the property online to accurately quote me accordingly, instead of just guessing the sizing of the property. This saved me time as I was very busy and stressed trying to move house and they made it a quick and easy process for me. They worked with me to book in my clean before the end of my lease, were very responsive through all forms of communications and have an easy online payment system. After the end of lease bond inspection, our very knit picky property manager picked up a small list of things (they're never happy and these things were so minor), so I asked Majestic Cleaning Pros if they could come back to the property and they did with no complaints, they even collected the key from the realestate company for me to rectify the small items and then once completed, they sent me before and after photos. I couldn't ask for a better clean or service, they delivered on their promises and showed up! The cleaners that came to my property were very professional, polite, fast and hard working. I will definitely be using Majestic Cleaning Pros again! Thank you guys!
Excellent rental vacate cleaning – Did an excellent job at rental vacate cleaning that included carpets and windows. Every fixture was removed and thoroughly cleaned. Prompt communication and schedule.

Perfect cleaning – Done my vacate cleaning with them. Amazing service. Little expensive but worth it. The booking process was also very easy and customer service team was always on the line to answer querries. Highly recommend.
