Found this business by dealing with their other business - targetcleaners.com.au by tracking the ip address and same thing - they are SCAMMERS located in India who get local contractors who don’t do the job or steal your product. Don’t trust them.
Waste of money for dodgy service – Dodgy company. They use different email addresses and customer service is terrible. They did not clean our ducts properly. Waste of $360!!! Stay away from this company at all cost!!!

Just avoid these people – Once he got here the very first thing he did was upselling. Didn't know how to remove the return air vent. (I had to remove it) Has left caked up dust through the return air duct. Like others have said 1star is the lowest possible rating, it would be lower if it could be. Avoid these people and call the next company.
A bunch of incompetents and awful customer service – If you are thinking to use this company to clean and/or repair your ducting system be very, very aware! They charged $250 for cleaning and deodorising the system plus $280 for 2 patches to some duct damaged. patch will suffice. I don't know what he has fixed because the system is not performing well and the smell coming through the ducts is awful. I called the office and complained that the job wasn't done correctly, I said that surely a good company will guarantee the work done; but they offer no guarantee and the subcontractor started arguing that what he has fixed was another duct??? and it will cost me $300 to change the duct plus a call out fee of $120. He did not inspect the ducts properly and it still remains un-repaired and damaged and we still cannot use the heating. Now I am stuck with a smelly and deficient ducting system. Please do not use these guys!!!!!
Do not use this company, unprofessional, incompetent and very expensive – We had an animal die in our heating duct, I called and they came out the same day. sprayed a whole lot of "disinfectant", which masked the smell. Charged $250 for "cleaning" and $400 to replace a duct worth $60. Next day smell was back worse than ever, I called and was told that there warranty only extended to 24 hours. I reminded them that under consumer law they had an obligation to ensure that the job they were paid for was actually done. They said they would only come out if I paid them for a new job as they had done the job properly the previous day.
I was forced to do the job myself, found the source of the smell, removed the old duct, spent $60 on a new one, rectified their shoddy work of duct connection and everything is good.
Complete waste of time & money do NOT use this company.

dodgy worker turns up who can barely speak English, little equipment, no qualifications or permits with minimal knowledge of cleaning ducts and no intention of cleaning them anyway. He will run a vacuum cleaner inside a few outlets for 2 or 3 metres and claim he is applying special deodorants and chemicals and in about 20 minutes or less, the job is done. He will then present you with a bill of between $500 to $700 depending on how gullible he thinks you are. He will insist you pay on the spot with cash or bank transfer. That way you can’t stop the payment when you realise you have been scammed. If you make a booking then cancel, they will aggressively pursue a cancellation fee of $200 or more.

become disconnected at one junction. The guy told me how difficult it is working in the ceiling space and how hot it is. He also fed me crap about having to raise and suspend the ducting, as well as taping it together. The way he was talking, you would think he was going to raise the Titanic. He charged me $750 for barely 20min work. I lodged a complaint with the company, but have not received a response, so have taken it to the Victorian Consumer Affairs. Would suggest other dissatisfied customers to do the same. Do not go through Mark's Duct Cleaning. Look elsewhere!!!

Do not use!! – I wish I had read these reviews on here before I even contacted them...my bad. Worst experience ever, they make you book then tell you a price for the duct clean and sprays then turn up and want to charge extra for the sprays etc. Then to only blow a little bit of air up each vent and wipe each that's all they do! on their website it shows this amazing spinning brush that cleans all the way through the ducts, this doesn't actually happen on site.
Where’s the - stars – These lying slippery eels don’t even deserve the 1.3 stars they’re averaging! I wish I read these reviews before hiring them because I feel ripped off. They didn’t clean my ducts at all just blew a bit of compressed air and did a quick vacuum. The guy tried to charge me an extra 10$ per duct to deodorise which was already part of the quote!! Complete charlatans – This company has a professional-seeming website and booking process, however they do not actually clean the heater ducts at all! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS – Had a incomplete job done by one of their tecs. Called 24 hours after job was so called completed with no response. What a pack of useless scumbags – Wanted to charge $420 to clean one duct and spread rat bait even though he couldn’t gain access nor able to explain how he was going to complete the job. Told him where he can park his rat baits!!
AVOID!! ducts dirtier then before cleaning – There were speedy to accept the job and came out the next day. He person arrived on time but from there was terrible. When the cleaning started he didnt talk to me the entire time which in hindsight is a concern as some of the vents that needed cleaning would have required him to either move things etc and he didnt say anything. I asked for heating cooling ducts to be cleaned but all cooling ducts were closed and he didnt have a ladder that I saw so assume they were not done as they were all closed after the job.
Finally since the job was done I have noticed more "duct" and "gunk" falling from the vents which was the reason for the job being done in the first place. Would of rather paid a bit more for a better job, or at least the job I was expecting.

Worst service imaginable – If a minus score was able to be given, rest assured it would be. The quoted price of $280 for 10 ducts included checking for damage, cleaning and carbon monoxide testing. Only the cleaning happened, they refuse to come and complete the remainder of the job and won’t return calls
Beware of getting any repair done by Sailesh -one of their tradeperson! – I made a booking of cleaning the duct and inspecting for $260. Any repairs was upto the tradesperson. during the night time I could still feel the floor warming. I rang the company and to cut the story short I eventually got talking to Sailesh and told him about the leak. He said he will charge extra to come and fix the problem which he was suppose to fix in the first place. This seems to be a rip off, not inspecting and fixing the job properly for which he was paid and leaving things half way. I think we should get a petition together and complain to the ACCC and the Consumer Affairs Victoria. I am also going to look into highlighting this matter in the Indian and Gujerati publications.
Cost varies from one customer service person to other – I had called Marks Duct Claening on 0410453896 and left a message. I had the call returned one after the other by two Indian customer relations people. Both these person gave a different call out charges. This is non professional. The second person told and challenged me to give a bad reference and I am doing so. Other reviews have not been good either.

Honest Company – This is an honest company. When they inspected my ducts, they told me I didn't need to have them cleaned (due to recent furnace replacement). All good! Thanks Marks Duct.

Absolutely Horrible – DO NOT use them again. They also operate in the name Fresh Upholstery Cleaning. They say one price in phone , but you end paying double the price in the end. The cleaner comes in different timing than the time said over the phone. Very bad attitude with the cleaner, he literally walked away by saying he can't do it. I paid $352 for half baked job.
