If I could rate zero stars I would. After taking my order and funds accordingly, your business cancelled the order and withheld my funds. If an order is cancelled for any reason the refunds can very simply be returned/refunded - beyond taking money for a purchase it is perhaps the most common retail process known to man. because your decision - for whatever reason and on whatever grounds they may be made - has pushed the responsibility to resolve this and get my funds returned to me is now mine. Totally unacceptable and entirely avoidable. Actively disengaged.

No product after 2 month wait – Waited over 2 months for them to email me stating they didn't have the printhead I ordered and they were processing a refund... Waited 2 more weeks and no refund. After multiple emails I had to go to paypal and get them to refund me. Always use a payment method with buyer protection from these people.

Under Australian Consumer Law, this could be considered misleading, as the listing implied that all necessary components for operation were included, aside from those explicitly stated. Furthermore, a printer without a toner cartridge cannot be used immediately, which affects its fitness for purpose. There has been no response from messages sent to website or the facebook group.

Ordered item was received in reasonable time, well packaged – I was happy to receive the ordered item for my long-serving HP Laserjet 4plus. However on removing the tag for the toner cartridge, a portion of the toner powder spilt out making it unusable. This was disappointing. excellent service – Very impressed with the service. I received my order in less than 24hrs from when I placed the order and I live in a small town on the mid north coast of NSW. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the Ink Cartridges "Use By" date is May 23 and it is now 30th March 23. There is no way that I am going to use these cartridges before May so I am hoping that they will still be usable when I need to use them. Show details

Not what was advertised – Ordered a HP Elite G9 i7 computer system online and paid at the checkout. 2 days later received a call stating woops the site was wrong, it was for an i5 system and not the one I bought. Do not purchase from – Should have read the other reviews before making purchase. Purchased AirPods from mediaform. Mediaforms shipping policy state that signature is required and items won’t be left unattended. Item was marked as shipped although I never received. The bonus is the price. For this particular monitor Media Form had the most competitive ticket price in Australia. Combine with customer service quality and delivery time it is the best place to buy your electronics.

During this whole ordeal - I asked them to simply have the courier return it to them since it sat at the depot for nearly 2 weeks, and send it to me via express post or another courier. They wanted me to pay for another product in full before shipping anything else to me.

Quick delivery and great savings for a colour laser printer – Hesitate at first as this is my first purchased from Mediaform. Paid by Paypal just in case I have issues with my order. I ordered the Brother HL-L3270CDW on Monday morning, goods arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Received no notification nor emails advising when the printer would be dispatched or delivered.
