horrible avoid at all cost. They tried to charged me an extra $75 one hr after they arrived. They didn't clean the bin or fridge which they don't tell you is extra. When the Agent found a cupboard they didn't clean they refuse to come back and sort it.

the next day, the carpet developed a very strong, unpleasant smell. When the real estate agent and the purchaser inspected the property, they discovered that the carpet was still very wet, including the underlay/substrate.
Both were overwhelmed by the intense toxic odour, which forced us to negotiate a significantly lower sale price for the house due to the issue.
When I spoke to cleaner over the phone to raise my concerns, he became rude and aggressive, refused to listen to my explanation, launched into personal tirade, and then abruptly hung up the phone. This entire conversation was witnessed by others present. As a result of the poor service, the lingering dampness, and the severe odour that impacted the house sale,
This experience was highly unprofessional and caused substantial financial and emotional stress. I would strongly advise others to avoid this service.

We are extremely disappointed and frustrated by this cleaning service. Many areas were missed or inadequately cleaned. exclusive of those areas. I note there is a conflict between what the website and office say will be cleaned, and what the cleaners said would be. Originally booked for 10am, they tried to move to 3.30pm on the day of the clean, and we eventually settled on 11am.
The standard is appalling. I could pick up bouts of dust following the clean and there were carpet "stains" that could be dabbed away easily with a cloth. And don't take my word for it, some quotes from the Exit Report from the letting agent following review of the "completed" clean -

When I contacted the head office, there was no positive customer experience. Again, there were specific areas that I had reluctantly agreed that shouldn't be included in the clean, but for the areas that were covered, there is a complete lack of credibility and absolutely no duty of attention to detail. As above, there is question as to what has actually been done - and by the point the cleaner had finally agreed to return and re-do what they had apparently completed, the letting agent had already engaged their own cleaner (which we should have done to begin with - learn from our lesson please).
We agreed an extra fee for balcony windows - the windows were left with what looked like jam stuck on one of the panes. Had the windows even been cleaned?
On speaking with the cleaner, they had claimed they had been at the property for 4 hours - a complete lie. I went back to the property prior to that to check in on progress and they had already left. They then conceded it was 3.5 hours of time spent (I am unconvinced) and that they had tried all they could do to complete the end of lease clean.
The fact that they (after many calls) agreed that they should go back to re-do the clean is an admission on their part of an insufficient job originally completed - but why would we agree to this when they were so poor to begin with? On alerting Melbourne Cheap Cleaning to this fact and requesting a partial refund for the deficient areas, we were responded with "that is your problem" (in relation to another cleaner going to re-do the entire job) and that they cannot provide any refund. I am absolutely fuming, more at myself for not reading any reviews prior to engaging this company - and after all this they aren't even close to being "cheap" - cost $450. Judging by the other reviews, clearly not the only people ripped off by this company.
re. customer service - was repeatedly told a superior would call back which never happened. There was always a "meeting" said person was in, and in all reality your call is just passed between members of the office until you get back to the original cleaner. Their final conclusion was for us to try and take legal action.

stains. We booked for 4 pm. I was given a quote for $150. - I received a message from [Name Removed] at 2.34 pm (I missed 2 calls) saying he would be there within the hour. I have moved offices, and my husband was not expected to arrive to open up until just before 4, so he changed plans to get there when I couldn't get hold of the landlord to let [Name Removed] in. - [Name Removed] and I spoke when I realised he was too early, and he said he was told 3 pm (so in that case, he would have been late if we had made a 3 pm appt) and that he was on his way to my home. So, not only was he told the wrong time, he thought he was attending a house - not a commercial property. - [Name Removed] was let in the office around 3.20 pm. He then called me at 3.56 pm to say he'd finished. It took 36 minutes to complete a super clean. - When I arrived, I could smell a sweet smell that reminded me of carpet powder. The first thing I noticed was the carpet was completely dry. I then saw a line in the carpet my vacuum cleaner had left the day before. I walked through the entrance, the two offices and the hallway to find one wet spot (in the cleanest part of the carpet at the end of the hallway) and the rest completely dry. Every single mark was still there. There were a few stains where the table was before we took over the office, and I knew it wouldn't come out, but the rest were still there. . At this point, I was disappointed but thought maybe they were worse than we had thought - until I found a brown mark under my plastic mat where I worked that when I grabbed a cloth this afternoon and wiped it myself, I removed it exceptionally easily and quickly. This confirmed that we didn't receive the Super Clean. I doubt the carpets were actually cleaned at all! - I now need to arrange another carpet cleaner within 24 hours so we keep our $2000 bond and request a full refund. The fact I easily rubbed a small brown mark off with a chux is telling that we did not get the service we paid for.

Damaged floorboards and clean not done – Asked for payment upfront, completely ruined the floorboards for end of lease clean and then did a runner without cleaning the property and never refunded the money. Worst run and managed business I’ve ever dealt with in Australia.

looking for couch cleaning. He contacted us about an hour before he was scheduled asking if he could come early, which we accepted. He tried to up-sell us to a sanitising service which we declined. He was polite and was not pushy about it. He pointed out a few stains which may not come out and we signed that we acknowledged there was some existing damage. He did a good job of cleaning the couches and cushions. He didn’t take any shortcuts. The floor was quite wet afterwards, but he was prepared and mopped up the water. The cushions were dry the following day (we took them off the couch and put them on airers so that the couch itself could dry as well.) The fee was as quoted on the phone, $25 per seat. One oddity was that he wanted cash or bank transfer, if I paid by card he was going to add a fee. I did a bank transfer and he took a photo of the confirmation screen. So all in all, if you’re looking for someone to clean a couch quickly and cheaply, it’s not as bad as all the reviews make out. Maybe it depends on who you get, but the guy servicing Carnegie in Melbourne did a good Job.

But the agent is sure that he never went to the property and did NOT do any re-cleaning. As a result, we couldn’t get our full bond back due to their shoddy cleaning.
The cleaner who came was highly unprofessional, chewing tobacco while working, lazy as hell and more focused on demanding payment than doing the job properly.
The so-called “manager” of this business was extremely rude, lacked basic communication skills, and dismissed our concerns with a terrible attitude. Dealing with them was frustrating and unpleasant.
What’s worse, this company seems to run multiple cleaning businesses across Melbourne under different names like Melbourne Carpet Cleaning, Melbourne Cheap Cleaning, Best Cleaning Services, and Mad About Cleaning. When I was requesting quotes, the same person answered calls from all these businesses, admitting I’d already contacted them!
This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and hire a legitimate cleaning service.

Awful just plain awful – They did an awful job, carpets looked crap, crumbs on stove, bathroom not clean, I didn't get my bond back and they refused refund. They even lied about surfaces that were impossible to clean that could be easily cleaned off with water. Don’t use this company.

because apparently that’s another extra bathroom. So by then the price was at $625 which I was told me to pay the whole invoice before they start cleaning. I said no because who pays for cleaning before the works are done?????? He then said well then il take your keys and you can have them back when you pay $80 for us because we drove to your house. They did not even clean the house, for $625 they only cleaned the carpets and wiped the bench tops. Rest of the house is dirty: they do not want to come back or give me a refund. Disappointing Service – I was really disappointed with this service, it was very impersonal, I was told three different prices, the customer service isn’t great and although the cleaner says he cleaned all parts of my couch, I don’t believe him unfortunately. To try and talk to someone about my concerns was very difficult and I had to call 3 times before someone finally called me back!

them, they were just in a hurry to get paid and get started, in fact they wanted to charge me more than the money initially quoted with the company even when I sent them photos and videos of the whole space.
Without thinking the worst, at that moment I paid asking them to give me the invoice (something I needed for my Real State), which they gave me in a handmade pre form and terribly badly presented, I mean don't even expect that by email.
The next day when I went back to check the contracted cleaning, I find that it was superficial, that they definitely did not care or take into account my requirements and that customer service is only active when you need to hire and not when you want to complain about the bad service provided.
In short, do not waste your money with this company. My experience was terrible and it is highly likely that the same thing will happen to you and you will be equally or worse disappointed than I was.

Once finishing the couch, I gave him the money and he preceded to say its not enough, that I had agreed to the deeper clean. We went back and fourth, he got more aggressive and started swearing - he wanted me to to transfer the extra money. I refused and stood my ground - apologized that there must have been a misunderstanding and that I will not be paying the extra.
I asked him to stop swearing and speaking to me the way he was - he wouldn't.
Once I let him out of our building I walking away when he preceded to still yell abuse again at me as he opened up his car door - telling me to go F..K myself.
I think he though he could get away with this as my husband wasn't home and he could scare me into paying the extra.
I would not let this company into my home ever again and I'd hate to think of all the vulnerable people they have intermediated before me.
This company should not be in busy and I would not trust them in your homes - EVER.
He also emptied all his rubbish out of car and scattered it across multiple car spots in our build - a true gentle having a tantrum

Scammers/Disgusting company – They offered me the steam cleaning service for my couch for $75 dollars. After asking for my day off, the cleaner turned up to my place and increased the service to $185 dollars, because the couch was dirty, and he had to charge me for "his experience". That company is disgusting!

returned to the property only to find my front door left unlocked and the cleaner no where to be seen. During that time they didn’t clean anything. After I called the cleaner they said they would need to come back the next day at 4pm - but the next day, they didn’t arrive until 930pm. At this point nothing had been done and I requested my money back. The cleaner refused to give my cash back and said I needed to contact their office. When I did, I was told to [Content Removed], it’s not their problem, they ghosted me, they wouldn’t take my phone calls. They hurled so much abuse. So luckily when I got my receipt I MADE him write “refund required”. I had to take them to VCAT, and 1 year after making a complaint I got my money back. Terrible cleaners – They cleaned the property, and when inspection happened it’s clear they didn’t complete the job. When asked to come back and redo they stated that they don’t clean cupboards even though that was part of I tail quote. After attempting to contact to dispute this they decline all calls and you can’t get hold of anyone.

Terrible service - would never use again – unresponsive, ensured money upfront - did not clean the property and when you call up to rearrange a clean they are abusive and do not respond.
ABUSIVE – Absolutely awful experience. The owner made me cry on the phone after calmly enquiring about the disparity of the quote vs cost. Told me to get f* and f* off. Then wouldn’t let me cancel the job. Cleaner eventually cancelled after I refused to pay her before she had started the job.
