away they went. I have zero complaint on the cleaners. My estate agent went through and noticed that the (inside of the) windows and the window sills in the kitchen had been missed, and needed to be cleaned. This isn’t a big deal, I understand that things can be missed. This company has a guarantee, and within 7 days of the clean they claim to fix anything up. This is where the experience fell apart. I sent an email letting the owner know that there was a small issue. But I was overwhelming impressed with the clean otherwise. Michael replied to say that there was nothing that could be done. They don’t clean rust (these are wooden window sills. What rust?), and I need to contact a handyman. So I gave him a call. And spent the next few minutes being shouted at down the phone. He continued to yell at me to inform me that it isn’t his job to clean the windows. That I hadn’t paid extra for the service to clean this area. I told him that he was being thoroughly unreasonable, he promptly hung up on me. I tried calling back, and he directed my calls to voicemail. I received no further response to my texts and or emails. Until the next day, when I had to go back to the property to clean these pieces myself. I sent photos of the dirty area, and he claimed that the (again, wooden) windowsill was rusty and too old to clean. I sent photos of what it looked like after I ran a cloth over it. And no response. Yes, at this point, I was being petty and passive aggressive. I collated some images before and after, and emailed them through. But having paid $460 for them to clean my house, and then be so impossible to deal with for a 15 minute fix. It blows my mind. Buyer beware. The cleaners do a great job, just don’t ask them to fix anything.

They have sent me a receipt now, with a note on it specifically stating that we will not have a bond back guarantee with their service.

consider them after fair bit of research, but they jacked up the prices the second time I called. I still decided to go ahead with them relying on the customer reviews online. The job was for 5hours as mentioned by him starting 8am on 15th Mar 2022. With no discussion on whether there is an initial deposit or not, [Name Removed] waited till the last min to send the bank account details late the previous night of the job. This gave me no time to cashout the full amount for the 8am start the next morning.

With the intention to pay them in cash the next day when they start the job, I received a text that the cleaner would be arriving 30 mins late from the start time. This change of timing caused me a great deal of inconvenience as I had a doc's appt at 8.30am. Had to reschedule the appt to open up the rental for the guy. Right after the guy inspected the place, [Name Removed] called me to say the price would now be $130 more than he quoted since the guy would need more time to clean and thus extra money. This was disappointing in itself, but in order to decide I asked him for a few mins to make up my mind, only to be said that he would be sending his guy off to another work while I thought about it.

It was clear that his intentions where on the extra bucks given my End of Lease cleaning required most of their time until afternoon. I lost a day's pay to accommodate for this agency's work. With the pictures of the house sent a week prior to the job, and having to drive 35kms, this was a rude awakening. UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL, and being rude to customers after causing the inconvenience, cannot be trusted. If you do not want to be stood up or cheated on, be wise to choose someone else. They are only after your money....

the property after we had returned the keys, they sent through a list of cleaning items that needed to be rectified, including oil in the pantry and hair in the laundry. I sent the list onto the cleaning service to request they amend the issues - as had been agreed under the 'end of lease' guarantee. The cleaners refused to return to the property and became aggressive over the phone when I tried to explain the outstanding issues. A few hours, the cleaners got in touch to accept liability and said they would fix the issues. I arranged with the real estate agent for the cleaners to collect the keys. The cleaners never turned up on the scheduled time blaming a 'car breakdown'. Sensing they were obfuscating, I offered to pay more to fix the cleaning issues as I did not have time to attend the property myself, with an interstate move planned. Then the cleaners then blocked my phone number and did not respond to further text messages. I had to take a day off work to rectify the cleaning issues. This is a dishonest service. Do not use them.

Don’t trust their 100% guarantee – Very poor service. I had a small 1 bedroom apartment to clean and all they did was a quick wipe down and vacuum and mop of the place which was a 1/2 hour job. was still scuff marks on walls, grease on kitchen walls and stove area. I emailed to get a refund and they said they don’t provide refund and that they would come and clean again. The direct number to the boss was not contactable but instead passed me to the cleaner who failed to turn up and clean a second time. He eventually turned up to clean but they are a nightmare to deal with and so don’t trust their 100% guarantee offer.

I would recommend not to use this service after the way my wife and I were spoken to on separate occasion throughout the day.

Mistakes happen, things get missed but don’t falsely state that you will return and fix what was missed by you when requested if you do not intend on fulfilling those requests!

I have used 4 different end of lease cleaning services in the past and never once had any issues of companies not fulfilling their service requirements. We paid for you to clean the apartment and we expect you to do exactly that.

When the agent visited and pointed out the issues in kitchen (where these guys claim they are specialised), I sent them the images and now they are saying, no we cant come again and again, do whatever you have to do.

extra money for oven and shower to be cleaned with chemicals, but they didn’t use any (I proved this by using a cheap shower cleaner from Coles) - I had to get them back 3x and gave up in the end and had to clean the shower and a few other things myself - had to physically show the cleaner how to scrub the shower screen, it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing - they didn’t do basic things like dusting, wiping window sills, wiping in cupboards.. it would be quicker to list the things they DID do (i.e. quick vacuum and wipe the benches with a wet rag) - When I spoke to the guy who organised the cleaner he told me they “can’t keep coming back to the house”, I suggested he do it properly in the first place then!!

Turned me off ever hiring a cleaner again. Save yourself the stress and do it yourself, or at least hold onto payment until the real estate has passed inspection. Agh!!

I sent them an email advising they had not cleaned the balcony and asked them to honour their original quote and they did not respond to my email. Disgraceful conduct. We requested they come back to do the job properly however on their second attempt they only got ride of the spiderwebs and would not clean anything else. Do not use. Terrible company – Tried to change the time at last minute. Then tried to charge me $90 more once they arrived at my house. I told them to leave. Owner got another crew to turn up (which was good) But then they did a half assed job...and left 2 hours into a 4 hour quoted job. Never again. Do not use these guys
