My machine says ventilate, when I press ok nothing happens and it has a continual beeping sound

Hello, our Merol-712 makes a fine cup of coffee. The only problem is, it’s not hot. Could this be as simple as a blown fuse? If the heater is no good, are replacements available?

I bought the Merol automatic machine mE-710 so far I’m generally happy with the machine, however I can’t get the machine to foam the milk. It seems to start drawing the milk from the milk container shortly after the milk hits the head, the steam stops and then it just heats the milk but no foam. Anyone else having this problem. The manual sucks

Dose anyone know how much to set the compression for the brewer (e.g. how much it compress the coffee before brewing)

How does one calibrate an ME 709? Both the powder quantity, and the ml quantity that appears on the calibration message window. I have same complaint as others - grinds, but then dumps the powder followed by the calibration message.

Hi the water is not registering that it is full so it keeps beeping to fill and will therefore not make coffee. I have cleaned all filters and inspected all parts as manual says. What else could be the issue. Thanks

Hi, I have a MEROL ME-710. Went to have a coffee, switch on and then pressed screen. The bar cones up but doesn’t move. Try to press press, beeps but nothing happening. I have cleaned out all trays, etc and still nothing. Any suggestions? Thank you

Hi, I have a merol mr-712 and when grinding beans I get a beeping sound and a blue bean icon on the lcd display then it dumps the ground coffee. Any ideas?
