the technician did not touch or Scan anything but some talking lasted 2-3 mts. He said the quote would be approx more than $2000 to fix . ?How come people can rob in plain sight. Totally misleading company. I wouldn't give even 1 star.

FM air conditioning repair – FM was good got my air con working same day from calling, happy with service although was a little late from booking time. Very happy still was a friendly nice young man.

Total scam and potential ripoff – Fast booking and same day arrival but quite late. The $150 booking fee seemed okay but to fix the error in the indoor coil Actron unit was $2000 plus parts. He said he cannot just do I repair but must do a service as well. Total scam total ripoff. Cannot believe we still have companies like this.

This company prays on the vulnerable and those in urgent need.

Misleading Scammers! – I approachedthis company with an error code CH62 on my LG system, that states it requires a problem from the motherboard to be fixed. The same purpose that we got them out to fix. 6 weeks later the same error code has come back and the company has tried to inform myself that i signed the quote for the rejuvenation and we wont refund your money, we will offer you $500 back, and $200 discount to replace a part and fix the problem they never fixed. I will be taking civil action against this company and will not stop until justice is served. I see many poor reviews of a very similar nature as it appears this company is of poor standards and misleading its customers.

made to wait until 6.30 pm - meaning I was stuck waiting hours on end. The technician arrived but didn't know what the issue was, and recommended I get an exorbitant $1000 "revitalisation" - but that that was no guarantee of a fix/diagnosis. So much for the 'fixed price quote'. He also said a new unit would be 6k plus, as well as installation - which a quick look online reveals to be another lie.

What's more they seem to mislead on the website, claiming a 4.8 star rating, when Product Review is 2.5, and Yellow Pages is 4.3 (but looks like they've been posting fake good comments about themselves there). At any rate, this is misleading advertising about the Gold Coast Air Con part of their business.

Under the circumstances I requested a refund for the technician callout which was 3 hours late, did not diagnose the issue or provide a fixed price as mentioned, but was told since the technician came they would not refund.

Extremely late service, extremely high quote, extremely misleading communication - AVOID.

went to see what he was doing. he then came in and told me the system was toast and need replacing as there was no power to loft units, something he would have known in the first hour. he than gave me a quote for a new 17kw system of $33629.00. I have now got quotes for a new 18kw system for less than $12000. customer service don't care they just state that the fee we charge. Avoid at all cost please don't get stung like I did.

Avoid – Took my money for an upfront payment and then 1 week later cancelled on the day they were due (a 37 degree day). Also worth noting that these guys trade under a number of different names. In addition, I'm believe they are just a facilitator, don't actually have any tradies of their own.

Day 1. Initial appointment made. Promised to be out in 2 hours. Day 1. Phone call saying that person has gone home sick. Day 2. Another appointment made in 2 days. Day 3. That appointment had to be moved to 4 days time due to scheduling conflicts. Day 7. Message to say that their person in the area had to go home.

Phoned the Company. I said, "I should have checked with Product Review first. Clearly this is a thing you people do."

The Manager said, "It's just this time of year, these things happen."

I said, "No, all these people on Product Review are saying the same thing. It's not a '' this time of year thing - - it's a pattern. Anyway, if I don't get my refund within 5 days I'll be headed to department of fair trading."

My question is what is the $140 service call out fee for in the first place? Why didn't they just tell me straight away that the service and repair cost is $1200 and not waste my time and $140

24/7 quotes not work – Waited. Arrived late. Guy was friendly. Paid $141 for call out. Have a quote to replace - $25,000 or clean out $2500. Could even move things around to do it next day if I accepted the quote. I think not. 3 bed apartment seriously. Got guys in locally and fixed for $700.

RIP OFFS - DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS – Firstly I wanted to give zero stars. Charged $949 today and aircon is not working tonight, reckon they can’t come back till tomorrow. We have a constantly beeping aircon, shutting off and on. Bad service, quoted replacing the small bedroom unit for $6500. It’s disgusting that they prey on people at this time!
