The technician finally arrived this booking was supposed to be between 10- To 1 pm - we then had to call at 1pm when we had no update

The technician arrived at just after 2pm .

He did not even get on the roof. To inspect the unit.

He said we would Need a full work. Which would cost Upto $1200

If this was the case we should have been asked these questions up front.

We are now out of pocket 140$ For nothing - there was no investigation on site.

This is a scam - be careful-

We have a unit that is old yes.

We have been advised that the unit could have had an annual maintenance service,

and this would have painted a picture instead they wanted the $1200 full service-

And we were told a replacement would be around 3- 4 k we got a quote for 8500$

This company will scam you out of the 140 and not even look at the unit be aware

Technician booked to arrive in 30 minutes. 2hrs wait; although did receive text messages updating expected arrive time. 20 minutes later A/C working (minus time to go back down to car to get headlamp) and $1249 later A/C working. Tech stated that he performed a "hard reset" and queried if there had been a power outage as everything appears to be in fine order considering the age and location of the unit. 20 minutes after technician left (electrician, because the aircon guy was on leave) it stopped working. Response to contact took 4 days with a quote to provide additional unspecified rejuvenation and re-gas as a leak was detected during the technician's visit $2829. Requested a detailed invoice of the rejuvenation that had occurred, declined as its outlined in the recorded message. Will never call these guys again.

Scammers fraud warning! Report to the police and ACCC straight away. Step 1:Call out fee $142. All it does is just pretend visiual inspection for 10 minutes, and create a plan to charge you more money. No communications no explanations. Step 3: Another $4500 if you want trouble-shooting of faults. Step 4: $8000 if you need the faulty parts to be repaired. The amount of money charged has nothing to do with repairing the faulty unit. Better call a real professional. I wish I have checked the review here before rang them. Do not approach these people. Really shame on them. They just rob you without gun or knife. Unbelievable, the law has not caught them yet. Shocking, it is a fraud company that operates in Australia.

Air con Service – Friendly and punctual, was able to work out the issue I have been having with my zones and to rectify them. Thank you very much JI mucky soorecuated, would use again.

Excellent service – JI carried out thorough cleaning and servicing on 2 RC air conditioners. His work was meticulous and his manner very friendly and professional. I could not be more happy with the results.

I was really impressed that I’d booked, then received an SMS to say that they were on the way. I also got another SMS saying that the first guy would be in a van that had different signage on his van, but from the same company!! Impressed at that.

I’ve been trying on and off for the last few years to get someone out to service - using the big companies that Actron Air had as their service partners and got no response. This time decided to go local! Best service - no complaints.

couldn’t be repaired they would take that money off a brand new unit if installed…… now I have had this serviced every two years and the sold fella that was doing it retired and I can’t use him. Obviously now he always charged around $300 for the service and metros were going to charge me $1249 , are you on drugs no way . Since then I had another company come in and serviced my heater with part and service $375 inc and now our house is warm … too easy …. Stay away from this company as they want you to listen to some rubbish recording that give there crude t&c and then they want to sting you …. Shop around as there are other professionals out there …

Booked service to vacuum aircon unit as it was new. Paid the call out fee. Guy turned up and said $1100 to vacuum the unit. 15 minutes job. He refused to do it as he didn't install the unit unless my son paid the $1100. As a young lad first time home owner he didn't have $1100 and thank God or he would've been scammed out of more money. I am now following this up with the authorities and regulator as this company is a scam!

DEEPLY unimpressed, out of pocket, and frankly depressed by the whole experience. AVOID! reviews here. Booked a technician for a standard annual service quote for a ducted system, a separate split system, and filter fabric replacement. The term "rejuvenation" was mentioned during the booking, but when pressed for a definition, it didn't sound any different from the general service I was looking for, and what was stated on the website. Paying $140 odd in advance for a site visit, "full evaluation" and quote stung a bit, but everything is more expensive and labour is in short supply, right?

(a) No sign of tech during 3 hour booking window.

(b) I did get through on the phone pretty quickly when I called 10 minutes after the deadline, and was told the tech was on his way (and that they were used to operating in the dark and the rain). By now I was forewarned somewhat by the reviews on this site.

(c) Tech took a quick look at the external units (didn't look inside, let alone up inside the roof), and to his credit he did say that they looked pretty new, and that THE COMPANY DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO REGULAR MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR HEALTHY SYSTEMS, so they probably weren't a good fit for me. Nor did they replace filter fabrics, which would have been nice to know a month ago! I'm pretty sure he wasn't supposed to be quite that honest, but the company website was a complete lie:

(d) When the quote came through it was astonishingly massive. Incomprehensibly HUGE. And based on what? The site visit was pointless - that quote was nothing more than a template that had nothing to do with my system. I felt sorry for the tech - he was clearly uncomfortable with company policy.

I wish i had read reviews before using this company.. Total rip off.1200 for a service!! I sent many emails but no explanation how they arrive at this figure. Should not cost this much. No pensioner concession either.

mess all day, your technician would have seen that, and known I'm currently away at work and you've played on that for sure. From what I can see and what I've heard is you do it all the time and are absolute scum bags. My friend used to work for you guys, apparently you give bonus's to rip people off and encourage it which was why he had to leave. My brother has managed to get one of his guys round and fix the aircon for 400 dollars. Despite you telling us we needed a new aircon for the small cost of 30K. Your technician then told us he could do it privately as a cash job for half the price.

told they had a personal emergency and no one could come out. The quote was also excessively large to service 3 split systems ($3400).

*Update - the quote provided turned out to be exactly the same as others who have reviewed this company. The quote was for “servicing and cleaning” which was absolutely not the issue. The person who did the quote merely took photos inside the units and didn’t do any actual tests. We went with a reputable company and discovered some major wiring issues which were fixed. I was then hassled by this company and they even sent someone out after I told them their services were not required. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

-quotes are rediculous, basic clean and service $1900 (with a very vague quote with no actual information of works listed other than “rejuvenation” and when asked what a rejuvenation was “ah we go in, fluid levels and parts and that and then quote for parts as needed on top” so that $1900 plus parts…

-I have written three emails to them since their visit requesting information and contact and have heard nothing.

Do not use them, the biggest scam and I don’t know how it’s even allowed. Go local with someone else who will treat you properly.

They quoted the job $2000 and took a $100 deposit to service the air con only when I rang around next day could get the same service done for $200 that is a massive red flag this company is a SCAM this was WA store would stay well away from this company. Do Not Recommend – Absolutely do not engage. Gave a 3 hour window, delayed twice with no explanation. Mr Emergency van arrived instead, who advised the fan motor had blown and would be $4k for a new one, but no guarantee that the rest of the system wouldn't fail. Quoted $9k for a new evap system. doing a complete service for $1200. Completed the service and told him to spray the bearings with CRC and bash it with a hammer and the fan motor started up. Bought us some time to get another company in who installed a whole new evap unit and took the old one way for $4k. Cannot stress enough to NOT use this company.

Scam! – Scam. Gave a 3 hour window (12-3pm).. no communication no updates. Various calls to their hotline, can’t talk to the technician. By 5.30pm.. still nothing! Don’t waste your time.

technician was supposed to come today between 7-11…. Came and went. I called, he was stuck at other appointment but NOBODY bothered to notify me. Around 2 pm I have still not heard anything and decided to cancel the job. This was the worst customer service I experienced in a very long time.

Avoid this company!! – Wish I could give a zero star rating!! Paid $150 call out fee, waited around all afternoon, to have the technician turn up nearly 2 hours later than the timeframe given, without an apology, only to have him take a photo of my air conditioning unit and tell me it would cost me $1390 per unit just to have him tell me what's wrong with it. Wish I'd read the rest of these review before I tried this company. Do not waste your time with them!!

Terrible – Charged my parents a call out fee of $150. Arrived late - 8pm! Then charged another fee to service technician - seemed knowledgeable but once again did not turn up when expected. Then quoted $3500 to service 3 small reverse cycles. Watch out a scam in my opinion!! Did not get them to do the job. Getting quotes elsewhere.
