Great product (Deluxe Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair With Headrest), good quality. Been using this for 2+ years now. No issues so far. Shipping was prompt. Price was also good later then.

Bought these chairs online. Original seller no longer contactable. I have emailed Milan Direct to see if I can get some help. The "L" support bracket on these chairs bent when people sat on the chairs and all are severely lopsided. Everyone who sat on these chairs was well under the weight limit. Its very uncomfortable to sit on these at such an angle, especially if you have a bad back. I'm waiting to hear if I can get some replacement brackets to fix these chairs. Id prefer a refund, but I have left it too long since buying them and don't have a receipt , so I guessthats not an option :(
Great product and even better service
After making a purchase for an outdoor setting and play kitchen for my little boy I was extremely happy with both the quality and the customer service. The kitchen arrived 3 days after placing the order and my son couldn't be happier. I am still waiting on the outdoor setting as this was being made to order so will follow up with another review once received. Personally I would absolutely recommend Milan Direct :)

Eames Reproduction Black - Design problem.
After just on 24 months of very occasional use I have experienced problems with this product. It seems to be a design flaw. The upper surface of the chair is leather but the backing surface is a synthetic material. As a result it does not stretch like the leather surface and so has split along the stitching in at least 6 areas along the bottom. I'm not a heavy individual (approximately 68Kg) and the chair would have been used for no more than 200 hundred hours at most over this time. When I contacted MD I was told that it is out of warranty and...there is nothing they can do. It seems to me that this is a design flaw as the seat is designed to stretch as it is free floating and if leather was used on both sides I can see this being fine. As it is; I can only imagine this will occur on every chair (faster for heavier individuals and more frequent users) so I would advise against purchasing this chair as even if you purchase the extended warranty, the problem will occur after any replacement has been issued to you.
Luckily I purchased through eBay and was covered by them. Goods arrived damaged and missing parts from Milan. I requested a refund. The staff gave me the run around for months and were very rude and unhelpful. eBay were fantastic in helping with the refund. Buyer beware and steer clear of Milan Direct.

This is our second purchase now of Milan Direct products, and the furniture is wonderful quality and we couldn't be happier. We purchased the Miles Arm chair and ottoman (dark grey), a really beautiful lounge chair. Delivery was prompt if not a tad too expensive. But overall good value & would recommend.
Table with missing parts
I bought a dining table which looked fine but the screws provided were longer than the thickness of it. If I had used them there would have been holes in the top of my new table. It's like they provided generic screws and didn't look at the furniture piece. The item inspection sticker even had 'short' written on it like something was missing. I had to go buy myself screws and washers to put it together after they failed to provide any replacement.
Good service and product as described
After I placed my on-line order with Temple & Webster for the LA Executive office chair I came across all these negative reviews regarding Milan Direct. So to say I was a tad worried would be the understatement of the century.
However, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received the chair and the ease of assembly. Hey it's an office chair - click the wheels on and place the top half onto the bottom half. Simples. I will review the longevity of this particular chair in due course but overall, very happy with my purchase.

Don't carry spare parts
I purchased an Eames style lounge chair approximantely 24 months ago from Milan Direct and within the first 12 months the compression upholstery button on the seat fell off. I contacted Milan Direct and after an initial dispute about whether they would attend to it they agreed to send me (no charge) the cushion component separately. It is affixed to the frame of the chair via a series of Velcro strips so it was relatively easy to replace. Fast forward a further 12 months and the same thing has happened and I have again contacted Milan Direct wh...o have now been acquired by Temple and Webster. Whilst I am disturbed the button has fallen off again I have offered to buy another cushion to replace it but after some delay in responding Temple and Webster have confirmed they do not supply replacement cushions any longer? I do not want to buy a full chair for the sake of a button and the way the compression button is secured does not make it a simple upholstery job. It is completely unsatisfactory that Temple and Webster have simply decided they will not provide spare parts that were available previously and have no other solution or advice. Poor customer service should not be tolerated just because a firm is acquired or taken over.
We purchased 4 dining chairs 18 months ago and every single chair has broken. We attempted to fix the chairs on our own, until my partner fell off the chair as the back completely broke away while he was sitting on it! We had enough and contacted Milan direct. It took over 5 emails, 100 attempted phone calls and 7 days to actually speak to someone!!

Worst service I have ever experienced!
I purchased a piece of furniture online. waited well over three months for delivery to never actually occur due to several errors from Milan. Zero communication about my order initially and phoned many times with no satisfaction.
Condescending customer service who refuse to assist outside of their 'copy and paste' standard responses.
Offered a full refund which I still have not received. Sooo, no furniture was delivered and no refund received.
The absolute worst company i have ever attempted to purchase from. Unprofesional, disrespe...ctful and fail to meet any commitments they promiae you. Rest assured, if you order through this company, you will not be valued as a customer. Worst service i have ever experienced and I will never order their again.
Still waiting for a response about the delivery of damaged goods
I ordered a corner stand in mid November. It was delivered damaged six weeks later. I have emailed Milan Direct and sent photos and have received only an automated response to the first email.
Milan boast a 30 day guarantee money back but I am still waiting for contact from a Customer Service Officer a fortnight after. This is poor service. I have decided to write a review to see if that will prompt a response because my emails to date have been ineffective.Order no - #200188683.

Incorrect and damaged goods! Bad customer service!
Received damaged chest of drawers and a desk we received had the incorrect parts in the box. These were ordered online.
We sent images to the customer service rep who was happy to organise a refund for the drawers and 25% back for the desk which we accepted, however further down the line I have not received any response to my emails that I have sent to Milan Direct. I refuse to contact them in Australia as I am based in the UK and so that would cost a fortune.

i purchased a sideboard on the 6 december 2016,should have been dispatched within a week as it was supposed to be in stock. have not heard anything since 5 weeks later. have sent them emails which have not been replied to which makes me really angry. still do not know what is going on . not good for business milan direct.
A complete stuff up of my order
I purchased 2 x Madison chairs with footstools and after waiting nearly a month I finally get an email from Milan saying they have fixed order and are sending it. I have now only recieved part of my order being the footstool only and no word on where my chairs are??? You can't call them as it states I have to email only then I don't hear from them??? I'm at a point where if I don't hear from them in 24 hours I will be going to the department of fair trading. And to think I brought this as a Christmas present form my husband! It's a complete jok...e and so disappointing. My order number is 200189052 Up date: it's been 4 months since my first order of these and the department of fair trading are wanting to take this company to the tribunal. Milan direct has not contacted me nor contacted the department of fair trading. I'm now requesting a complete refund for my order, and will be going to the media at channel 10 regarding all the compensation of demanages this company is putting people through like myself. This is not acceptable taking people's money and not delivering goods. Changing to Temple and Webster does not change the proceedings of fraud.

Ordered on 07.12.16 - No delivery or correspondence
Having not received any reply from Milan Direct regarding my order i have decided to post this review. I ordered a Tv unit on the 7th of December 2016 with the expected shipment date being the 30th of December 2016.
I have paid upfront and emailed the company twice regarding the delay. It has been nearly 10 days and i have not received a response from them. The contact number is a message based system which offers no real solution to the problem. I have not been able to get into contact with anyone from the sales team. I hope this matter is resolved immediately.
Delivery costs of $208.34 and items not delivered
Products purchased online store and the process was good but the product was not delivered they were dumped at a country post office, left outside with no security. I had happened to call in to post office 25km away from the delivery address and they told me they were there! $208.34 was paid/wasted on delivery costs it took four trips to get products to the delivery address adding upto 100km, could have hired my own courier! Email was sent to company but no response as of yet, maybe we the unhappy purchasers should all go to "A current Affairs"!

Has there been any problems with faulty leather?
I did not receive my order and have not received a refund either.
Others I have since communicated with have had problems with putting the product together and poor quality overall.
I have been asked to respond to this question. I did not purchase a leather product from Milan Direct so I can not comment. However, I can comment further on the extremely poor process I have gone through with Milan Direct where they promised to deliver a replacement for the damaged goods and never did so. Worse they made me commit to being at home to receive the promised goods on an agreed date and then did not turn up.
Since then I have been informed that Milan Direct is closing down and that now they cannot replace the item. They have promised to refund me the money and I am awaiting the receipt of that money. They tell me that they are re-opening under another name: Temple and Webster. I'd be very cautious dealing with this new iteration of Milan Direct.
