Fantastic follow up and assistance
Our NBN cabling was giving us some connectivity issues. for a few weeks after we switched from Wireless broadband. Mint kept in touch with us every few days to see if they could help. Quickly got the NBN technitian around when required and had us up and running.
Resolution of an unusual problem
We lost Internet connection to all devices, both Wi-Fi and Ethernet. We called for help from Mint. After checking the usual problems to no avail it was apparent our problem was not usual. All the symptoms pointed to the modem being faulty. Mint encouraged the supplier to replace it, which they did. But this didn't solve the problem. Next thought it was the NBN box. Mint encouraged NBN to visit us which they did twice, and in fact replaced the NBN box. But this wasn't the problem. After further detailed investigations it appears that the proble...m related to our TV. Who would have thought? It took us well over a month to get to the bottom of this and Mint was with us all the way. Not the devotion I would have expected previous Internet suppliers of mine to demonstrate.

Prompt and personal service
Service has been exceptional from the very 1st phone call we made to Mint Telecom who came recommended to us by Adam from Channel Tech support, who evidently answered the phone with in a couple of rings and we actually got to speak to a real person.
We where on NBN Satellite and where struggling to get any work done at home. Been a customer for several years now have had no real issues. Speeds are consistent, everything just works as it should. The odd occasion that I have required Tech support it has been great, I see no need to go elsewhere. Original router supplied was poor, replaced with a better one which improved coverage even more.
So simple and so quick
So easy to deal with. I changed my plan today via the websites chat function, it was done with such ease. I was done before I would even be through the "push this number for this option" crap with another provider let alone the wait time.

Fantastic proactive service
Mint contacted us to advise that our nbn was dropping out-they arranged someone to come to the house to investigate within 24 hours. We didn’t have to do a thing. The nbn technician identified and fixed the problem. It was such a pleasant change from our previous telco who seemed incapable of accepting we were experiencing dropouts and who were unable to fix the problem.

I had an issue when first connected to the NBN.
The previous ISP was clueless.
Following the warm recommendations of Productreview, I gave MINT a chance.
They were quick to answer and to resolve the issue. Something which was dragging for a month+ with Barefoot Telecom was resolved in less than a day by MINT.

do mint have email addresses?
Email addresses from an ISP are not transferable so if you git an email address from us you wouldn't be able to keep it if you left us.
It doesn't make sense to us so we don't supply nor recommend this path. You are far better to get an email account with Gmail or Hotmail as they are both free and better than any email account from an ISP.

if i were to sign up with mint on nbn Q1 can you get foxtel,fetch or netflix Q2 can you get a phone line Q3 can you use a telstra adsl 2+ as your nbn modem
Best to contact us directly to cover, but in simple terms:
1. Yes - you can get all these services directly from each provider.
2. Yes - plan details are on website (bundles section).
3. For some types of NBN you can use. But you can never use for voice as telstra lock the settings.
