Hi..I have purchased a convection oven from the post office and I have noticed the rubber grommets aren't in it correctly. And also one of the grommets appears to be broken..the unit is unstable and not really fit for purpose..
No surprise mate. Mine was a dud out of the box. Ended up with massive electrical arcing in the timer switch. Take it back if you can.
