Paul arrived very promptly, and in a very short time completely revamped my Toyota Corolla. No more dents, scratches or scrapes. It’s like a brand new car. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Mobile Panel shop. Paul was an extremely nice man to work with too. Highly recommend them.
Allan pretty much worked a miracle! 12 year old BMW 328i - great condition but looking more than her age - deep wide scratches on 4 panels, bird wee stain on bonnet. Dropped in at 10am finished by 3.00pm. Perfect midnight blue colour match, smooth, beaming - a second life! At fraction of other quotes. Punctual, professional and a gentlemen. I'm delighted! Good, honest, reliable & competitive car body repair's – Elem was fantastic; turned up on time, got the job done and left. Had a look around the car and you can hardy tell where work has been done, great job at matching the colours and the contours of the car, would highly recommend these guys.
Awful – Initially looked not perfect but OK, after a couple of days the poor quality of their workmanship came through. Contacted them to give them an opportunity to fix and got no response. Don't use them.
Efficient visit and excellant finish on the body repair work – This is an amazing service they came to our apartment and with a bit of discussion we decided to park the car in the alley next to the car park and fed out an extension cable from the stacker car park . They were very efficient and really polite and easy to get along with. After around an hour they called and said they had finished. I went down and the Job was excellent . Very Good repair – Very happy with the repair to the rear bumper. You would not know it had been damaged. Cost was $500 which was about what I expected. frustrating as I use the vehicle to earn an income. I expected to be without the car for most of the day, but they only took a couple of hours. Paid cash and did not get a receipt.

Unbelievably easy with perfect result – We had a nasty creased dent in the mudguard. Peter and Yuriy came exactly when they said they would, with Alan on the phone arranging all. I watched them work. They are really good, speedy, clearly experienced and proud of their work. Finally, we have found reliable panel beaters. Car is good as new.

Fixed my Cracked BMW M3 – Worked an my BMW M3. Had a decent crack in the front bumper. They welded the crack, filled and painted it like it never happened but the colour match was not great and the finish of the paint was rough (needs a polish). Messaged to fix it and waiting.
Scammers – Quoted price for paint and dent removal. When the bloke got here the quote double just for dent removal. After 2 hours car was left with holes and dents. Charged more than the original quote for poor and incomplete job when they said they will negotiate on price. Once they have your money they will not respond to any communication attempts. Take your car elsewhere

Does not deliver on the promise – I had two vehicles painted. They turned up when promised but after they painted the cars they were to return to polish off the overspray - they never returned after several requests. They were also to send two invoices so I could forward them to the guy who damaged one of the cars. Good start but no responsibility once they have your money... Show details

Great service, awesome price, brilliant communication throughout – Literally half the price we were quoted at a panel shop, and they came and fixed it onsite in an afternoon. Adjustment to quote on site was fair, and communication regarding work needed, costing and timing was impeccable. Impressed.

My car restored. Looks new again – I have used Mobile Panel Shop Melbourne twice now and nothing buf praise for them. They kept me up to date with dates to attend and stopped a couple of times due to weather conditions but they kept me updated. Finally have my Focus restored and is looking brand new again. Don't recommend – Had side door replaced. Doesn't not give accurate quotes, or detailed/ breakdown quotes. he saw the damage and works required he verbally told me $2,500 to fix. This was agreed. When he came back to do the works he told me around $3,000 plus gst. Total cost ended up been $3,500. The paint colour doesn't match and the window on door is badly… Read more

I have asked him to come back and replace the window with the one from the original door and fix the colour this was now 4 days ago and with no response from him I have now gone through the car insurance to recoup my money back from him.
Scratch Repair with Lunch – Referred to MPS by a friend and found them reliable and very convenient. Front bumper scratch was repaired while having lunch with friends at home. Came out to a job well done! I highly recommend this professional firm.

Scammers - do not use this business – Do not use this business, over quoted, unprofessional service, from 3 small chip repairs, now it’s a full respray by professionals. Did not return to complete works at agreed time & date, I requested a full refund, which was agreed too, then reneged, leaving me no option to engage 3rd to resolve, and recover monies paid, plus additional expenses to rectify to to dodgy work.
Repairs to Lexus – I write this review on behalf of my Uncle Bill Wilkie of Eltham North VIC for the repair work to his Lexus. Steven rang to advise he arrived, he provided an excellent service with a friendly relaxed proficient manner and his professional job was done in just over an hour. He advised he would be back next week to polish the bumper bar. I, Bill Wilkie am extremely grateful for Steven’s work and conversation.
Beware and definitely do not pay upfront – After partial completion of the work on two of our cars on 26 November and full payment, for the last 4 months we have had continued no shows for booked completion dates for the work committed, quoted and paid for. no show. For close to 5 months my rear camera has been covered with paint so I only have a partial view while reversing. While the work partially completed was great, it remains partially complete to this date. Each time there has been a no show in the background we have arranged to work from home, washed our cars and been organised.We have been more than patient, but have taken the business elsewhere to be completed and now have requested a refund. There are other reviews that point to similar behaviour. Beware and definitely do not pay any funds till the job is completed.
Not professional – Not a professional company to deal with. Did not finish the job. Promised that will be back in a week to finish up the job. After that no contact. Finally was able to make a contact. Again promised a date. But didn't not turn up at all. Not once, but thrice. Every time they promise a date and would not turn up at all. trusting them and now they dont care about completing the job. They very well know that customers dont have the power to chase them up. If you cannot meet the date, then it doesnt cost or take effort to provide a notice instead of taking customers for granted. After close 2 months, I have given hope they will come back and finish the job. Lesson learned - stay away from them if you need something done on time. If this is case, I dont even trust their promise of guarantee for 3 years.
