customer support and advice, but it could not fix the faulty product. I sent the item back to Mobileciti and they arranged a replacement from the Manufacturer. Again great service and support from Heart and Mobileciti. I have purchased a couple of other items from them and great service and delivery.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR KOGAN. They are both criminals and so is their other company named Mobile World. They sell defective products and then both of them and Kogan play games and not provide refunds and also keep the returned products. They should be shut down.

What arrived at my farm was an absolute disgrace. The phone arrived with a completely dead battery, the backing sticker had been crudely reapplied to trick me into thinking it was fresh stock, and the absolute smoking gun: once powered on, the internal system contained active text messages from nearly a year ago! Mobileciti is literally repackaging dirty, second-hand returns units and trying to pass them off to unsuspecting customers as brand-new stock. When confronted with irrefutable photographic evidence of their deceit, their customer service operator ("Name Removed") completely wasted my valuable time with bureaucratic stonewalling, demanding I unbox the sealed item to take further photographs for their "internal warehouse homework." After issuing a formal final notice under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Mobileciti has chosen to completely ignore my emails requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label. They are happy to take your money for new goods, but when caught committing fraud, they hide and cut off communication. As a direct result of their appalling behavior, a formal investigation and complaint have been officially lodged with NSW Fair Trading and the ACCC for blatant breaches of consumer guarantees (Section 54 of the ACL). Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Avoid these absolute sharks at all costs. I will not rest until NSW Fair Trading forces a full refund. Disgraceful.

Bought a new Samsung S24+ from Mobileciti. Rapt with the speed of delivery, how well the phone was packed, and the phone was in it's sealed factory box. This is the genuine Australian version too. sending my watch to the roadhound guys who confirmed it was defective and a repair was going to take 2 months so the agreed on a refund after over 2 weeks of back and forth. So i contact mobileciti to get the refund and they are requesting to see screenshots of the emails from roadhound(how unprofessional) they keep saying that i can have store credit but refusing a refund. After posting them my rights they now say that i sent the watch to roadhound not them so because of that they dont owe me a refund. Stay away from these guys and buy somewhere reputable.

Follow-up · Since then I got a judgement against mobile citi in magistrate's court, they appealed the decision and then didn't even show up to the court date so was rules against again and now ignore all communication and refuse to obey the court ordered payment so I am now having to apply to the court for enforcement proceedings.

Avoid them, do you want to receive a second hand devices when paid the full amount? – Terrible experience, just avoid them at all costs if you value your time and money. It also has the option of lowering the charging of the battery to 80% if you want to leave it plugged in all the time. I ended up having to bypass them completely and go through PayPal buyer protection just to get my money back. If you risk buying from them, make sure you use PayPal because their own customer service is useless.
