2 months so the agreed on a refund after over 2 weeks of back and forth. So i contact mobileciti to get the refund and they are requesting to see screenshots of the emails from roadhound(how unprofessional) they keep saying that i can have store credit but refusing a refund. After posting them my rights they now say that i sent the watch to roadhound not them so because of that they dont owe me a refund. Stay away from these guys and buy somewhere reputable.

Not honouring a basic return & refund. I ordered a product from them recently. When it arrived in the mail it charged the way it was explained in the manual but it wasn't working as intended. to get it to work. While I replied back and waited for their response again, I charged the product overnight because I thought maybe it wasn't charged long enough. The next day, the response from MobileCiti was to do even more technical testing. I've replied they are not honouring basic consumer protection laws and at the moment I'm still waiting for any reply from them to show that they do actually take consumer laws serious.

Update: This eventually lasted for 11 emails and mediation through Product Review with email after email asking for more technical information to avoid processing a refund. MobileCiti did eventually process a refund, but not without the mediation by Product Review and a warning that I'd contact Fair Trading. Overall, I'm leaving this review here for everyone to read. Avoid MobileCiti, do post a review on Product Review because in the end it helps every consumer and holds business accountable!

Ordered my headphones on ebay direct fromMobileciti and not only did they come as described, sealed new. They came faster than told. Ordered yesterday 8th December and arrived this morning 9th December. I will definitely buy from Mobileciti again

The service provided by this Company was just excellent. They made sure that I was informed of everything and the item I purchased was dispatched to me very quickly. The site was so easy to navigate and they sell so many wonderful things. The product I bought was new and packaged so well to keep it safe during it's journey to me.

Ordered a silicone case for my iPhone, it was all good until it started peeling off of the corners. Contacted Customer Service regarding this and was told that this happens with these kind of cases. Hjina was super resourceful. She escalated this matter and ensured that I got my full refund as I was within the return window and this was a manufacturing defect.
