felling and experience with 3 out of five people that we met there.This is just a quick submit of a year pass.The job is now left on us to repair 20+ cracks around the house swollen fireproof laundry door cracked tiles in bath tub witch in first place we did not want and haven't used at all but we were persuaded to install,nails coming from the gyprock string's coming of the carpet gutter doesn't have fall all doors not painted underneath collecting moisture and water getting into them the antena on the roof moving and making squeaking noise when windy on colorbond sheets and more.Most of the people will say or is doable cosmetic things but when you add the labour materials it adds up and why i should do it hasn't been a year pass. Mojo is simply impressive in the way it approaches its build. I had a good comparison with other builders building in my street and Mojo was efficient and effective plus the finish is really stunning. Brayden is our Site supervisor and he is the main man ensuring everything falls into place in terms of timing and quality. He is also light and fun to deal with and honest. He gave us peace of mind that our dream home will be built exceeding our expectations.
Even after handover, he is still accessible and responds to our needs.
Overall, if I am to build again, it will be with Mojo most likely noting their unbeatable promotions.

We built with Mojo. Enigma 41 in Watagan Park, Cooranbong. We have had many issues. Some minor and 1 major which they have not addressed 2years on. They simply hung a door to swing outwards externally and this is not according to plan. Now the door is subject to harsher weather as there is no roof above the door to protect it and due to it being… Read more
more outside than inside. It poses a security issue as we cannot put a crimsafe screen door or any screen door to address insects and flies whilst facilitating air flow. We cant have air flow from our laundry to this door (no window only a fixed splash back window) to facilitate cooling and heat dispersion from our dryer. The exhaust fan simply doesn’t cut it.
Furthermore, the hebel is cracked in multiple places. They are yet to address fully. The gyprocking has huge splits mostly in bathroom. They are yet to address. Nearly 15 windows were severely scratched from sitting onsite for months. They addressed but it took over a year of fighting to get this sorted. They were so reluctant. They put laminate risers in instead of painted white risers - this has been addressed thankfully. (They painted the laminate-may bite us later if peels though) One of the pillars on the alfresco is subtly twisted, not square. This, we couldn’t even be bothered fighting mojo on as our tiling and pool area have been done and we didn’t detect it til we did these things. Annoying still now - an eye sore. The 2nd floor around our bed creaks+++ every time i get up and walk around the bed. They attempted to fix, didn’t stick and we don’t want to cut up the flooring to have it fixed. Mojo saves money and we live with forever creaks. = poor design. Not a great outcome for us. The door handles are cheap and front one (we almost never use due to installation of smart lock) locks and isn’t opened with key. To combat this we leave the key in the back of it in the open position. They had a sliding glass door installed backwards-they have addressed this and promptly - a very cheap fix though, so small wonder. (They seem to have a hard time working out which way doors are supposed to be installed) The mirror in one bathroom was sticking out like 1.5cm filled with grout and poked out in front of the tiles beneath. They addressed this and now it is flush (it looked so bad) Many cornices are gappy and this is still an ongoing issue despite them addressing some of them. Would i build with Mojo again… i’d seriously consider other builders. Stay on top of them like a hawk. Maybe. We even used a private site supervisor who completely missed the door but did pick up their poor treatment of the water proofing in the bathrooms pre tile. (They walked their debris filled shoes over this risking the waterproofing quality ultimately) was this fixed… i certainly don’t have pictures to prove it before it was tiled.
They are for the most part a good company that produces an adequate product.
They are not honest, they are not forthcoming, they are diminishing, they avoid you and are not easy to communicate with. The warranty and repairs team consistently walk their muddy trade boots inside the home and they have poor manners and respect for our home.
For the $$$ they charge, especially for all the additional upgrades…we feel we did not get what we paid for and we are still fighting for it to be in line with our expectations.
Solid tip: put in bayonet lights where you would like downlights and fancier lights (particularly over kitchen bench) then just swap later cheaper. Add powerpoints everywhere and data cable access points everywhere on ground floor of 2 storey house as this is next to impossible for sparky to do later.

they finally came out yesterday after almost 8 months since roofer diagnosed problem, they claimed to have fixed the issue be replacing one of two parts that was deemed to be leaking but have not touched the flashing or the temporary diversion for water that was installed. 6 months ago, we had our garage flood due to these leaks and had to claim insurance. Due to water leaks into portico roof, water has seeped into walls causing the render to become wet, corrode and crack, they have painted one side of one pillar that had corrosion, still haven't fixed the problem like I said, still temporary fix in place. We have had problems with carpet in our daughter's bedroom that took nearly 2 years to get sorted. They forgot to crimp the fittings on our gas lines and pumped our house full of gas, directly above our son's bedroom. THE LIST GOES ON! the bottom panel of our roller door has been bent since day one, was in our original report at handover 4 years ago, still not fixed. been followed up countless times. Greg the Hunter area manager doesn't do anything in a timely manner. We have to chase everything up for months. Their aftercare painter is arrogant and has been rude to my wife on multiple occasions. The aftercare team do none of what they say. Just try to do small patches instead of fixing the problems. obviously just trying to get through the warranty period without We are currently seeking legal advice for how to proceed from here.

Follow-up · We have finished all our selections in the Colour Room at Thornton and are now moving towards construction. All the staff have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ryan sorted our electrical and had some great advice. Lauren our Project manager has also been excellent. Selection range is good however there is a wider selection available that are upgrades if you choose to pay for them.

this experience, we initially left a 5-star review on Product Review, which reflected the excellent service at that stage.
Construction phase: Unfortunately, the construction phase was a very different experience. Communication was inconsistent and extremely frustrating. Despite explaining that we live four hours away, our site supervisor rarely provided updates, with calls sometimes months apart. The online portal was only updated 10 times across 17 months of construction.
Delays were frequent and poorly communicated. For example, an 11-week delay occurred before the slab was laid due to drainage plan issues—but no one proactively informed us. Contacting the construction coordinator or site supervisor often went unanswered, and the few times we reached management, promises to resolve issues were not fulfilled.
Even when progress was being made, attention to detail was lacking. Near the end of construction, minor mistakes caused further delays, and handover was conducted with minimal professionalism or courtesy. Many post-handover items remain incomplete even 15 months after moving in, including unresolved warranty issues and a persistent spotlight that never worked.
A serious repair issue arose when black mould appeared on our media room ceiling. After weeks of chasing, the problem was identified as a tiling/waterproofing error by a subcontractor, which could have caused significant damage if left unaddressed.
Overall: If you are building with Mojo, your experience seems to hinge almost entirely on your site supervisor. For us, the construction and post-construction phases were frustrating and poorly managed, and despite some efforts to escalate issues, the service did not improve significantly. While the pre-construction phase was excellent, the ongoing delays, lack of communication, and incomplete post-handover work make it difficult to recommend Mojo for full-service construction.
If we had our time again, we would choose another builder. Based on both our experience and ongoing issues faced by neighbours, it seems these problems are not isolated.

phase were relatively smooth, the problems began to surface during the pre-construction stage. Due to engineering mistakes on MOJO's part, our build start was delayed by six weeks.
The construction phase was filled with issues, taking over 16 months to complete our build. We were told throughout construction that this was attributed to a combination of weather conditions, supply shortages and contractor shortages. However, what made the situation unbearable was the poor communication and misinformation from MOJO's over-stretched construction managers. We found ourselves having to closely monitor the build and bring issues to MOJO's attention in order for issues to be rectified before it was too late.
The handover, 2 years and 8 months ago on 22/12/2022 was marred by multiple known defects and, a lack of an occupancy certificate due to multiple issues that prevented the occupancy certificate from being issued, of which we were left with no choice but to fix ourselves. Almost 3 years later we are still dealing with numerous unresolved issues such as: * The grout in both shower bases has quickly fallen out a total of three times including after being topped up by the service and warranty team. The shower base floors also do not drain correctly and never have. * Both shower frames are retaining water and now rusting at the base. * Shower bases are leaking into the subfloor of both bathrooms, which is covered in black mould, an issue we reported over a month ago. * The back stacker sliding door was installed without the correct supports, causing it to sag immediately and not slide properly. Despite promises to rectify this once and for all more than three months ago, we have yet to hear back when this will happen. * The under-house door frame was cracked upon installation, and despite promises for replacement, we again have heard nothing.
Throughout this ordeal, we have had to chase up the MOJO Service and Warranty Team multiple times, and most responses we have received have frustratingly been "we are waiting on contractors or suppliers to get back to us with dates for repairs”.
Today, we have received an email telling us that all defects assigned to the MJH Service and Warranty Team have been repaired on 2 June 2025, and have asked us to sign off on the defect report. We will not be signing this report until ALL of our defects are rectified.
Our experience has been incredibly disappointing, and we are eager for resolutions to ALL of our remaining issues, so we can move on and finally enjoy our home.

upgrades I think I will get a really great home at the end. I have built before and know weather and supplier issues affect all builders but I appreciate the ability to know the cost upfront and lock in a price.
The design process is very thorough and you can truly create whatever “look” you are aiming for. Which is great, the people we have dealt with have all been amazing and very helpful. off your choices after each selection day and in the contract these choices are final and if you want to make a change it’s a minimum cost of $1000 just to change. I believe you should be free to make changes untill after the final selection day as it makes it hard to budget as the prices for amendments to the standard aren’t know untill you are making the selection. All in all it’s been a good experience I have just noticed a few improvements mojo could make.
