a refund of the value of 1 service. We said we have only had 8 services done because 1 of the services they said happened was when the cleaner cancelled. We emailed them on that day and they acknowledged it but maybe did not update their records. After we stated this fact, they emailed us back saying that they are cancelling the service/contract, no more services will be done and no refund until we settle in court. And they are now not answering emails.

So if they are basically getting away with getting paid for services and not providing the full services.

I would never recommend this company – I would never recommend this company for both service provided and customer service. Their reply to this will be along the lines that I "live like a pig" and "my appalling living conditions ...ewww" and sarcasm. I have read similar replies to the negative reviews of others. These were in their email replies. Very unprofessional.

Terrible service – I have booked their service via groupon for 2hr house cleaning. Cleaner came without any cleaning equipment no vaccum cleaner nothing. still it was not clean. With this 2 hr she cleaned our 2 bathrooms and one toilet and non of them clean, she hasn’t done anything no kitchen no oven, no floor. I took the photos and sent to i’m your cleaner , i informed then this. I askes for refund or another cleaner. They responded back blaming me for all. They said cleaner told them that she cleaned my oven and floor which she didnot even touch. I don’t know people can lie like this. They said i was rude which i wasnt. They said they cant refund because it’s all my problem. The customer service is pathetic, very rude. I never ever had such a worst experience in my life. Groupon has to remove them, they’re not genuine. Please don’t take their service

Result was fabulous – My 13 year old oven got its first professional clean and it just sparkes. The service was was very efficient. A text 30 minutes before arriving. Good communication before starting. They were very cautious of surrounding surfaces using covers to protect. Very happy.

Fast & Efficient Window Cleaning – Very fast and efficient cleaning of our windows. We will definitely use Mop it up again in the future for windows and other cleaning jobs

Windows look great. Much better than my feeble attempts at cleaning them ! – The guys did an excellent job, very pleased with the windows. Highly recommended as they were very helpful and skilled at what they were doing. 5 stars

straight back telling me that I obviously didn’t read the terms and conditions that services valid on certain days, I did understand that this would be just a Friday morning only. I returned an email saying this and do they do Saturdays, the reply email was so unprofessional and really just being smart. My reply email was to tell [name removed] about her terrible customer service for that last email and I decided to cut my loses except one of the Friday morning times. I would arrange for someone to come over while 5he oven was cleaned Friday. The last email received from Mop It Up or I’m Your Cleaner who ever they are, was that services were withdrawn to me and offered to a more appreciative person. The grammar and spelling was incorrect, emails were not always signed by whoever was writing them. However I have already paid for this service and now I am left fighting to get a refund. Steer clear of these two companies, shame on Groupon for continuing to use them with so many bad reviews and problems. Wish I had of read the other reviews first.

Shocking – The kitchen bench was not cleaned at all, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, the house was not vacuumed and they forgot to clean the bedroom and office windows. Terrible.

DO NOT USE – The worst customer service. Non flexible and extremely rude. Sad to see the administration people of this business treating customers so poorly.

Terrible customer service – I have never dealt with a company like this before. Firstly they appeared great but then cancelled my booking. I had to chase them up for my refund and then to add to it when I sent an email asking to be removed from their email list I got the response “go get ****”.

SECOND TIME UNLUCKY!!!!!! – The first time we had our windows cleaned was great BUT second time was TERRIBLE. Windows were all streaked and marked and looked worse than before the clean. I sent an email with my concerns and had no response back. I won't use or recommend again.

Mop it up has an excellent window cleaning service – David and Kalib came, were very polite, got on with the job and cleaned our windows inside and out within the time we selected.Great job, Thank you and Merry Christmas

Oven cleaning – Had booked there services through a Groupon I made a appointment and was not advised they weren't able to come.we reschedule and they did a poor job as well as when I complained and was told read the terms and conditions.would not recommend them and they have no customer service at all.Keep up the great work I am sure you guys won't stay in business long term.

Really bad experience – I tried to make a booking, but was spoken to via email so rudely by someone called "[name removed]" that I had to ask her to leave me alone. She didn't. She even ended up threatening me. It was weird and awful.

Everton was great:-) – Everton spent 3 hours cleaning our very dirty bathroom and stove top. He was very thorough cleaning the kitchen and vacuuming the living area, ensuring to vacuum under the rugs too. Everton is polite and easy going and a 'can do' (positive) man. I would highly recommend him.

Customer Service is horrendous! – After not providing all information in first email as I was confused with 2 conflicting section in Groupon 'instructions' and 'how to redeem' means the same thing... the attitude I received from Tammy and more so Karen was nothing I have ever experienced. My warning to others is that they collect your personal information and then decide they are not going to carry out a service you have paid for. I have submitted email correspondence to Groupon to investigate. And I'm certain why there is no contact number, as the phone would ring off the hook with complaints. KEYBOARD WARRIORS

Highly recommended – Best cleaning service I've experienced in Melbourne. Very detailed cleaning work. Everything done as requested. Will certainly use them again regularly.

Waste of money! Will never use these guys again – I purchased a Groupon voucher for 90 min. 2 girls arrived on time but very unprofessional. I do a better job cleaning my oven. pictures for you guys to see? I took some pictures of my oven before they arrived and after they left. How can they be happy with the job? I did not have the time and patience to argue with the girls.

My oven is not clean. I am going clean my oven now and then send 'mop it up' a before and after picture.

Rubbish – I bought a 90 min oven clean, took the guy 45 mins and didn’t touch the roof of oven and left lots of dirt. Just used Shelley’s BBQ cleaner. I said I wasn’t happy and he gave me a number for his boss which I phoned. I asked the guy if I had the right number and he just kept asking g what I wanted then proceeded to tell me to go .... myself and called me names and other such niceties!! Disgraceful behaviour. Do not use them.

Excellent job – I’m extremely pleased with the window cleaning. Both workers were friendly, professional and very hardworking. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Product Review should have a zero for the likes of companies like this – I don’t write reviews & but the bitter taste it’s left me with warranted one. I bought 120 mins of housework from Groupon. Not even wearing professional uniforms or at least a logo, these blokes had apparently both recently dyed their hair blond & were busy looking in bathroom mirror instead of actually cleaning the mirror. The young one was a bit simple and the older one a bitter sarcastic type so I decided not to tackle him intending instead to report them to customer care. Turns out they’re the owners.

They did not clean anything except half the windows poorly at that.

I emailed customer care and got the rudest email response. They hide behind a ridiculously long unreasonable list of terms and conditions including they only clean windows at a poles arms length not caring the top half of windows still dirty. Yup that’s what a customer wants.

Shame on Groupon selling vouchers for an unscrupulous business. By all the negative feedback written about this business Groupon seem to be financially greedy to keep selling these vouchers. I thought I was getting a bargain but I would have been better to get the $25 an hr cleaners I usually get from Airtasker who do a far better job. This voucher was meant to be a special thorough professional clean valued at $219 yet it was not even worth any I pd so I demanded a refund.

I wish I had looked up the reviews before buying and wasting my time, let alone the disappointment & not to mention stress dealing with such a toxic customer care witch who so much enjoys being rude then have audacity to accuse me of being the rude one. I wrote nothing rudely. I simply stated the facts. Would bet these are a related family pulling a scam bluffing they are a professional business as all are tarred with the same brush of truly horrible low class incompetent individuals. Owners can read reviews but don’t retrain customer care. I personally suspect any good reviews about “mop it up” are fake.

My advice is listen to the worst and expect the worst. Thankfully as a Groupon customers for 3 years without ever an issue, refunded me without an issue. But seeing groupon still selling this company vouchers, would I buy anything from Groupon again? Probably not.

emailed the Perth branch as to how do I pay this (before or when they come to the house?) the reply was read your fine print. I replied, you read the fine print as it doesn't state it in the fine print. They then replied (in exact words)

Please note that you could not in the first instance follow the instructions on “how to redeem”

Basically stop wasting my time, get a refund and read the fine print as clearly stated in the promotion to go so!!!

It was a degrading reply. WOW what a way to conduct business! Mop IT Up you should be proud of yourselves when you have office staff that work like that! If this is how your office staff is I would hate to see what people you actually send out??

They did provide a refund (which we still haven't received) however we needed a cleaner on the day we booked (and had booked over 2 weeks in advance). I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection as we are appalled with the behavior and customer service of this company. Further more why advertise on groupon if you are unable to fulfill the service offered. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a cleaner!

from the outside I did have big hoses outside and there was a lot of missing windows that was not cleaned this is why I paid for 3 hours thinking that I would give them a lot of time to do a proper job but they didn't do a proper job very disappointed do not recommend them and mop it up should train their stuffs properly in my experience this was the worst Window Cleaners I have ever had.

Exceptionally rude – While attempting to make a booking, customer service made a range of confusing comments. When I tried to clarify, they became extremely angry and aggressive, stating that I was being rude and abrupt (despite me having gone back through all the messages that I had sent and not finding anything untoward), and without a clear reason, cancelled my booking after taking payment. Now having to try and go through consumer affairs to get a refund.

Polite and efficient cleaners – I had my whole house cleaned by two polite and courteous cleaners who worked hard to clean everything from my stove top, to benches, mirrors and bathrooms. in the hallway which was weird. Toilet was cleaned but not great. I specified not to go in 3 out of 4 bedrooms, so all he had was 1 bedroom to clean which was just a sweep mop and wiped 2 pieces of furniture. Took 2 hours to do a half butt clean, was embarrassing and ridiculous. Was very angry when I got home from work to see the house, emailed them to complain and got a response saying I am rude and my behaviour (in my email) was horrible. They also said what do expect to be done it 2 hours? She was very angry I had complained! She even said we’ll see you in court! I was shocked and chose not to respond as it’s obviously a scam. Appointment time is limited, suburbs allocated to certain times/days. If u r busy too bad. So had no choice but not to be home, cleaners are men which is also weird and uncomfortable. Terrible! Don't do it!!! – 2 men came 30 minutes early which was ok, though I was still tidying up.
