Very Good Customer Service and Very Happy with the FTTP speed – I switch over from my Telstra FTTN to More NBN as they promise to deliver FTTP Fibre to the Premises. customer does make a difference in lowering the monthly price on any of More's NBN plans. More NBN delivered professionalism as the transition was smooth from FTTN(Fibre to the Node) to FTTP (Fibre to the Premises) and they delivered on the date that they emailed, Well Done to More NBN Pure Optic fibre cable to the Premises at speeds 100Mbytes/s down to 96Mbytes/s peak times. Great Customer Service and Support with less waiting time on the phone. I Highly Recommend More NBN for a Great over phone Experience with consistent and high speeds using one of the largest backbone of Australia's Digital network, Vocus Communications.

Follow-up · Connection is solid for streaming and gaming whatever your purpose is. Obviously the router and distance wether it be wired or wireless matter too but it’s better than my last provider.

Signed up via CBA deal, and while speeds were good at the beginning I noticed issues with lag spikes and slower speeds increasing over time. It got to a point where I was so frustrated, I changed to another provider and all of these issues are now a thing of the past. Fine for basic internet, but if you are a demanding user there are much better options out there. Show details
If I could give a zero star review, I would. The customer service from More has been absolutely atrocious. I organised to switch my internet from my old house to my new one, and two days after the connection date, we had no internet and no word from More. hours, still no word, so I contacted them again. I was told the exact same thing, that they need more time for connection. It has now been 10 days since it was supposed to be connected, and nothing has changed, despite multiple calls, and submitting an official complaint with the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Edit: After being connected to the complaints team, it still took >3 weeks for the internet to be connected, and although I was promised a months credit (hardly enough after spending >$100 on mobile internet to compensate for the lack of home internet), this was never applied to my account, despite multiple emails and phone calls to the complaints team. Don't both with this company, all you will get is inadequate service and sub-par internet speeds.

I got more nbn 100mbps plan but the speed is coming out to be 3-4mbps. I called customer service and Nick helped me out and refreshed my connection. It’s working fast now. Show reply

get a hold of and many issues go un resolved. I was un knowingly signed up to a 5 year contract (I was under the impression it was a 2 year deal). The contract and phone account has the wrong surname and someone else has signed the contract on my behalf. I was charged a $500 up front fee, I was not shown a contract or disclosed any early termination fees or contract terms. I requested a copy of my contract in May this year (signed up in Aug 2023). When attempting to exit the contract I was hit with an extremely large early termination fee of $4999 even after paying all my monthly invoices on time, which management at More have refused to waive and have advised us to escalate this matter through the Telecommunication's Ombudsmen. The ongoing service issues and early termination fee is greatly affecting my small business. Be careful of large un disclosed fees when using this company!
Update: Future customers be careful!! We have taken this complaint to the TIO and the TIO have instructed More to stop collections action on the disputed amount how ever More Telecom have proceeded to take the entire disputed amount of $5,193.57 out of my business account causing me great stress and hardship as I am now un able to order parts, pay rent or pay employees.

discount was going to be a better deal for me compared to the existing discount. That was a very refreshing experience. She also suggested, outside the scope of my call to remind me what other discounts I can get on my mobile services with MORE as well. Again, she took care to check my existing discount and advised that I should wait a few months to apply the new code to get maximum bang for buck. It was a totally pleasant support call experience, one of best in the past few years. It was short, efficient, effective, to the point, courteous and Mal was very pleasant to speak with.

Edit- >one month later, the ongoing promo was retracted (when it was supposed to last another year as per our previous communication) and a bill sent to my email without any communication regarding the reason the promo ended earlier before sending the bill.
