Outstanding service from Claudette

I was assisted by Claudette P recently, in transitioning from the 50/20 plan to the 100/20 plan. Claudette basically acted as my More relationship manager, troubleshooting offer code errors, sorting out account billing issues, and providing key milestone updates throughout the whole process. Claudette is patient, helpful and reliable. She delivered what she promised to do without fail, which is what I look for in service providers. Now I can stream 2 movies at the same time! Show details

Finally good technical support help

Customer service was minimal help, until I was transferred to Eric in technical support who troubleshooted my connection issue, we had had fibre installed but no internet would connect, Eric helped me solve the issue with relative ease,
I’ve had ongoing issues with my internet through More telecom for roughly a year and every time I call up More Telecom it’s time consuming and a pain, this was the first time it was effortless. Show details

True Support for a small business - no hassles ever

I have been a customer of More Telecom since early 2017 and have always been impressed with their customer service. They are always available (even Easter Sunday 7.30 pm!) to step me through any issues I am having with the NBN or telephone. They are a great company for my small business. Show details

Easy switch over, great customer service & support

No problems at all with connecting to More (via commonwealth bank) The sales, customer service, technical support teams, anytime I have called is A+ service. Internet speed is great, watching streaming tv etc. Even have my mobile with them too now. It is Telstra wholesale network but service is no different than any other provider Show details

Outstanding Customer Service and Seamless Swithover

I originally rang to sign up to Tangerine for. NBN but after getting the wonderful and very helpful Prince Mickael Venturina, he suggested as a Comm Bank customer that I could get a better price with More. Prince had outstanding customer service, willing to answer any questions in a professional and friendly manner. Prince also went above and beyond calling me back to answer any of my questions and was very flexible with his time. The transition with the NBN was seamless and seems to be great. I would highly recommend More as a provider, their costs are great, speeds are fabulous and the best customer service I have across in a very very long time. And if you can ask for or get Prince to help you.....even better! Show details

Beware of early cancellation

I’ve been with More for around 9 months and the first few months were pretty good. Speed was very up and down in the last month so I decided to go to another provider. My plan runs from the 8th of every month and my other provider activated my service on the 10th, and More refuses to give a pro rata refund, even though I was connected for a little over a day in my new booking cycle. This is really unacceptable and something I’ve never had any other provider do before. Beware! Show details

Gaslighting customer and refusing to reimburse for not providing the service

NBN outage throughout the entire week that would constantly be due to unplanned outages.
Despite talking to the technical team and confirming the unplanned outages they transfer me to customer service who says they can't reimburse or adjust the bill because no tickets were logged.
Spoke to someone on customer support who said they would look into it but came back with the same response saying that I needed to raise the ticket each and every time despite them having logs of when all the outages occurred. Show details
