They’ll close cases with impressive efficiency — resolving them is optional. They’ll even provide an email address for support. Six months later, I’m still waiting on a reply.
To be fair, the call centre staff do try. I’ve spoken with Genesis, Rush, Angelica, Jhuztine, Sahir, Mael and Andul (apologies if I’ve misspelt or misheard any names), and each of them genuinely attempted to help. They’ve openly admitted, however, that More simply doesn’t allow them to resolve issues easily. It’s clear the issue isn’t effort, it’s structure.
The latest issue? They accidentally cancelled my policy.
I’ve been assured it will be fixed tomorrow... pending a call back!

repeated explanations and no effective resolution. Despite these failures, More Telecom attempted to hold us to the contract. We lodged a formal complaint with the TIO, which was initially ruled in our favour. More Telecom has since objected to the determination, leaving us locked in contract while the TIO undertakes a second review. More Telecom is owned by Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and this experience reflects the ongoing issue of large corporates prioritising contracts and revenue over service delivery and accountability. The outcome has been significant disruption and cost to our small business.

to work and it took longer than expected to also pair my 'eero 6+' devices to the modem, but I managed to get everything up and running again after a few hours and some customer support phone calls.
The internet speed seems a bit low at the moment (See picture of wifi speed test, taken Monday at 11AM) and I will keep monitoring it over the next week during different times of the day and see how much it flucuates.
Overall though, great customer service and reliable internet provider for my mobile device and now also my home internet.

Google and while normally we would get connected instantly, in these occasions, we waited for 3-5 second before the browser would tell you that there was no internet connection but then the webpage will be loaded successfully after 2-3 seconds. So, it was inconvenient but not a disaster. In several occasions, the disruptions were for 30 minutes or even 1 hour. Today was the worst. We had no internet since 8:30am and after trying to restart both the NBN modem and the Wifi router, we still got no internet. I had work to do and could only call their customer support service at 9:20am. After waiting on the phone for 5 minutes without getting to talk to anyone, I received a text message from them telling me that they were experiencing an NBN outage and asked me to hang up because "Engineers are already working on it." NBN still reported that there was NO outage at my address! Now, at 11:54am, there is still no internet.

I actually got the new speed for few hours when it rolled out and it kicked to 500/50 for about 4 to 5 hours. Now it is back to 100/40. The only explanation is that More applied a limiter to stop it but why?Only More would know that! The problem is the lack transparency; "It needs manual processing!" How did it work initially if it needed that? "It is at the NBn end, we don't have anything to do with it!" Big lie, another technical support operator admitted it is work to be done at More end. Grasping at the last straw of control with the NBN overriding the telecoms, I can just hope that one day NBN open a direct line with customers. Update: When I wrote this review 3 days ago, More team reached out through product review and asked to solve the problem before publishing the post. They did contact me 2 days ago and the consultant said the request for upgrade in my account has been withdrawn! She said she will investigate and get back to me. Here I am, still waiting with no upgrade!

they refused to accept it and demanded private bank statements, which I couldn’t provide due to privacy and lack of access.
More Telecom connected my service to the new address within 6 hours, but still charged me unjustified fees and made it difficult to leave. Their customer service was rude, unhelpful, and often ignored me. My service and SIM were barred, blocking me from switching providers until I paid unreasonable fees.
This caused me a lot of stress and wasted my time. I do not recommend More Telecom. If you want transparent and respectful service, look elsewhere.

I reckon I've had more drops outs, no-throughputs and just garbage internet in the 3 weeks I've been with More than I have in the last 25 years on internet usage. More are that bad. I had perfect (100/20) with my previous provider. Not a single issue. 3 weeks with More and my internet drop every single day, multiple times and even when says "connected" speed is such garbage I cannot even run a speedtest. Show details

If every staff member at More worked like her, I have no doubt More would become the most influential company in Australia. Before I could even explain the problem, she had already identified it clearly, understood it, and explained the solution. She was spot on. The only thing I could say was, “That’s exactly it. You’re right.”
