1st class. I just hope that they can soon have an app to access my account faster than having to use their website to access my account. I have also had my mobile with them for the same amount of time also getting a discount on as well.

told us because more has requested to their service as they are upgrading FTTN to FTTP so they can not provide internet. Since 28th Nov 23 we are chasing their customer care to please cancel their service we do not want as you guys are very unprofessional and not given full information. They are saying since 28th Nov they have requested to NBN to cancel our FTTP upgrade and they can do until it has been canceled. Finally I called to NBN on 1st dec and they said they have not received any request from more to cancel FTTN as its in under process so we need them to cancel the request then we can restore your connection. I am fed up with their customer care as every time there are just lying and because we do not have internet we can not work, kids cant watch anything. My wife and kids on verge of mental break. Because my wife feeling very low and blaming herself more consultant mistake. Still we have been told by their customer care it will take time and they cant give us any timefare. Really its harassment by them. No solution yet.

originally cancellation request took a couple of days and this carried over beyond the next payment date so I was liable to pay for the additional period even though the service wasn't connected or being used.
Hours on the phone attempting to have this waived was met with numerous "Sorry it was all in the contract and we can't budge on this".
Never going to use this company again and I'd advise other to do the same.
