outset Neil was a fount of information and always willing to explain everything in the simplest of terms, multiple times over. As teachers, we know how frustrating that can be but Neil was always happy to help. No matter what time of day or night, Neil and his team were always available via email of phone.

When we hit major bump in the road and we thought that all was lost, Neil put our minds to rest and managed to pull off the impossible. From application to settlement in nine days, we thought we were dreaming.

my situation and provided his advice absolutely free of charge. I was wary of everything in the beginning being a first home buyer and all but Neil applied no pressure at all and explained everything in layman's terms. We set up a meeting and discussed all different options. He was very patient and often explained things 2-3 times before I understood and he genuinely wanted the best deal for ME not for himself.

I constantly pestered him with repeated questions and RP Data requests (insider information on house prices) but he always got back to me within 24 hours. When the time came and I bought my home, he dealt with Confident Conveyancing (another business I found through Google reviews) to progress towards a smooth settlement. He even managed to undo one of blunders when I used whiteout on a legal document; didn't phase him one bit.

I can not recommend Neil and his team highly enough and will definitely be going to him for my second and third homes which I didn't even think possible before I met him. Trust these reviews as I trust Neil; you won't regret it.

would take too long and we were not far from approval. With no hope in sight, a friend suggested we talk to Neil just for some advice. When we first spoke to Neil we were already two weeks past settlement. Given the urgency of our situation, Neil offered to meet with us on a public holiday to discuss our options and put in a home loan application there and then. By the end of that week not only had Neil gotten us approved for a home loan with the bank we wanted (with no paper work issues!), he had also gotten us a better interest rate than our original broker had offered us. By this time our original broker still hadn't gotten us approval with our original application. Neil was great to deal with throughout the whole process. He kept us informed and gave us confidence from the beginning that he would get us out of trouble quickly while getting the best deal possible for us.
